This is a nice, warm & friendly neighbourhood coffee hangout. Some nice baked goods as well as lighter meal options. They have comfortable seating, together with outside patio seating and tables during the summer months. Located right next door to Superstore and a resident of MeadowTown Shopping Centre in Pitt Meadows, adjacent to the Golden Ears bridge.It is a relaxing place to take a break.Enjoy!

I ordered a iced caramel macchiato which is an espresso stained with milk, and i basically got iced milk. When i told the barista that my drink was too milky, instead of remaking it, i was given an hot espresso shot to be poured into my iced + already made milk.Most of the tables were not cleaned or cleared, still had coffee cups and trash on them.

A great coffee purveyor. The shop is meticulously clean. I buy my bean and have them custom ground. They have a coffee bean card too. Lots of easy parking........

I've really been missing the eggnog latte at Starbucks and I was in superstore waiting for a prescription for an hour and wandered over to the shop, and to my delight they had an eggnog latte dare I say it was even better than the one from Starbucks! Highly recommend.

I had one of the worst London Fogs I have ever tasted here. It felt like I was drinking watered down milk. I never even finished it because there was no flavor at all. Almost ironic, since their menu board says that the London Fog is a fan favorite. It was my first visit here and I dont think I'll be back.

I like this place. It's got the vibe its competitor across the parking lot sorely needs. Good beverages too, especially the Chai Tea Latte. Popular with a wide swath of locals too. Good!

I come here to study and the Coffee is better than Starbucks but more than that All the staff here are top notch. My experience with Alex has always been pleasant, super sweet so nice to talk to and she makes one MEAN latte!!
