Either they are lying about the process or Andy Moser is lying about the process one or the other these are all a bunch of scammers this surveyor says there's a rule he has up to a year that rule does not exist I've looked into it he's lying 3 weeks you can have a lot done especially a small lot like mine so either the surveyors are lying or Andy Moser is lying who had these guys survey the land but I've just about had enough I've waited well over a year and some now worst experience I would never have this guy survey a lot and I would never buy land from Andy Moser ever again
