Spoke to the lady from dispatch this morning. trying to arrange the pick up that I've always done on a monthly basis for a long time now. Was told they don't pick up in Stony Plane and deliver to Edmonton to their warehouse, with the option - hold for pick up. I know for a fact they do and I told her so. She roughly argued. I tried to ask for her name and she hung up on me.

Use this service to receive goods at the camp I work at up in Norman Wells, always good service - it can get expensive but that's what comes with living up in the north. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Location is easy to find and was fairly simple process. I did have to go around back to drop off the packages so make sure you don't carry them to the front door because they will make you go through the back, which is no issue. I would recommend this service to anyone looking to ship something up here definitely and not hesitate.

Great door to door service. Sent package to Yellowknife. Picked up in the morning and was delivered the next day. About 1/2 the cost of purolator and ups.

All my husband's belongings were left behind when he was medevacked from Yellowknife to Edmonton. I had a friend pick them up and ship his phone and ID down to us so we could fly home. Overnight service is guaranteed! Awesome!

Piss poor from the older guy in the warehouse at the Edmonton location. It seems he would rather run his mouth than serve the customer. If I had his name I'd post it. Aura in the office is very polite and helpful though.
