This location is a disaster and by far the worst Freshii location I've been too. It seems as though staff plus management don't really care about what they are putting out. Their staff gets orders wrong A LOT and they cheap out as much as possible since they know customers are not eating in the restaurant therefore seeing their food outside of the location. Picture posted shows how no broth is added to the soup. I had ordered two and the other one had no broth at all. But this is just how this location is. There is always something wrong with the order. No issues at other locations. This is just this location that I've had bad service.

About two years ago I noticed I was getting a lot less food for the same price. It's almost like they were instructed to put less food in the bowls. I've been to a few other locations and I get almost double the portion size!!Otherwise, lovely people every time I come in to get my order and the food is tasty.

Very rude after accepting order they called and told me to cancel it as there was a delay pick up. The person who called was forcing me to cancel the order from my side even though I told her I will be charged as it’s showing as ready for pick up. Very rudely the person told me to do whatever I want. Very unprofessional and their poor rating make so much sense.

I love their bowls, their tofu is soft and not pan fried which is a bummer (also extra charge for so little!) but yes, I would buy again! I got the oaxaca bowl.

This is an excellent Freshii location. The staff are friendly and helpful and made sure to explain the custom menu carefully so I get the Keto bowl I wanted. The location is in a corner and is airy and naturally lit. The parking lot has ample parking and ♿ spots. The entrance is wheel chair accessible. The atmosphere is great with seating for small groups. 5 stars for being helpful and friendly and keeping the location at top shape.

The service was friendly enough and it’s clean and bright, that’s why it’s getting 2 stars. But as a food establishment, it’s really lacking in the food department, I’ve ordered multiple times and neither me nor my friends could finish our food because it wasn’t palatable. Recipes need to change because Freshii could’ve been a big hit!

Been going here for years, and I'm not sure if there are new owners, but the vibe in here is just miserable. No one looks like they want to be here. I also asked for a little extra sauce on my bowl after I had already paid, and they said they would have to charge me. I get it, I run my own business too, but sometimes you do something for the customer and in return, you get more business. Likely won't be coming back to this location.

Staff are very friendly. Even when delivery drivers come in and speak to them in negative manner, the staff responded positively. Very impressed. Food is amazing, feels good to eat healthy and have it taste amazing too.
