Ashley Store

Connor was a great help in assisting us in finding a sectional. I'm very indesicive and was stuck between two I liked. He was very patient and helped us in the decision making process. It was evident that he wanted us to be happy with our choice and did not push us to choose the more expensive option. We are very happy with the sectional we selected and the customer service we recieved from Connor!

I had the greatest experience today, Amy was a tremendous help to me with my purchase. She was very informative, knowledgeable, kind and very patient with me. She displayed excellent customer service and I would highly recommend her to friends and family when it comes to purchasing for their furniture needs. Thank you.

Was greeted by Christina at the door. She was an absolutely amazing person.One of the best salespersons that I have dealt with in years! She was so happy, friendly and courteous, made me feel like I was queen for the day. Best customer service I've received in a long time from anyplace. Very knowledgeable, never hovered but was always there when I needed her. I spent hours deciding on a couch and the process was seamless.

Update: While I initially gave a 5 star review, I'm revising. On our delivery day, we only received our couch. When we called to inquire about the love seat, we were given 2 options...pay for the delivery fee and get the love seat or get money back. My boyfriend chose money back. However, we waited a month for the couch and loveseat. Know exactly what they are selling you because they didn't sell us what we wanted which was the set. Sadly, we didn't find out until too late. Why would I pay an additional delivery fee for something we said we wanted and were under the impression we were charged for on our purchase. Talking to a coworker, she had the same thing happen with this store. Do Better Ashley!Was greeted by a smile and welcome by Lisa. Jake came over to help us out!He was personable and friendly! I was able to show him a picture of what type of couch we'd like to have. He made a suggestion that we loved and ended up buying.

So, to make a long story short. Twice in the last 8 months I have had to leave the Amherst store and go to the one in orchard Park in order to make a purchase. The first time was about 7 months ago, I went to the Ashley furniture store in Amherst and they told me my Ashley furniture card that I have is no longer good and I cannot make a purchase. I went to orchard Park and they accepted it... No problem... 72 months interest free. The most recent problem occurred again today in the Amherst store. I went in to make a purchase, I was told my card was still not good. They told me I might be able to make an online purchase with it. When I asked what the terms were online they told me to look it up. I called Ashley furniture in orchard Park and they were so friendly. Told me the terms online and said I can come in and they will help me pick it out so I know the proper dimensions. I don't know what the disconnect is between Amherst and orchard Park. But if I was going to make a purchase I would give my business to orchard Park. Ashley, even though they're both owned by the same people. At least you might get a competent manager or sales person.

This Ashley store is wonderful! They have a wonderful selection of furniture but it is the customer service that was impressive. I experienced difficulty assembling a dresser and they removed all obstacles to get it assembled. This just doesn't happen anymore and it did here! Thank you Lisa and your team!

Christina was the most amazing sales assistant I have encountered. She was very helpful, knowledgeable and patient, while never being over-bearing or pushy. She was a breath of fresh air and made our purchase completely seamless and easy!

I want to thank Doug for helping our family find good deal on furniture. He was able to match us price with other store. Thank to him.
