A peaceful and welcoming studio amidst this oasis that is the town of Nakusp. Koots Roots is not just a yoga studio, but a warm and supportive community of wonderful people where it doesn't matter if you are a local to the area or just visiting town, taking in a class or two (or ten) here is never time wasted.
