Went to rib fest and parked and paid thru honk. 13 minutes later they gave us a $25 ticket. Had to go to parking authority and show them we had paid and that we had paid for time of infraction. Please buy your guards watches and teach them how to use them.Thanks for quick response. Basically as quick as you were to pounce on an innocent person. We took it to parking authority and they took and fixed and apologized.

Daniel and his team at KC Security Services take care of all our security needs at the company I work for, the Canadian Bushplane Heritage Centre. They not only take care of our building with our very valuable planes but also work for us with the many events we host including weddings and more. They are very professional and reliable. KC Security has been nothing but helpful, motivated, and polite with the companies I have been employed by! The crew is very polite, easy to talk to, and understanding. I have met some of the crew outside of work personally, and I can confirm that they are also very polite when they are off the clock. The Sault is lucky to have a local security company who cares about the clients, and about getting the job done.

This is a great company. I have personally spoken with Daniel and he takes nothing but pride in his staff, business, and professionalism. I think it is amazing that they also live stream some of their adventures in the security world. I think this helps people better understand their work and what they do. All the negative complaints either seem to be from people who have never used the service or people who are upset they got caught violating the law. When I spoke with Daniel he was quick and eager to take all feedback I had for him and make any corrections that were warranted. Not all complaints are warranted or needed. Keep up the great work
