My massage therapist fell asleep more than once. When I called the front desk to let them know they didn't seem surprised that this particular therapist fell asleep and although I wasn't expecting a refund, no offer of a discounted service or anything like that was made. I paid $114 for a service and it was not a good experience and the company did not seem to really care.

I've been to this location twice now, both times booking with Evan and I can say with certainty that I will keep coming back! His technique and calming demeanor provided me with two of the best massages I've had to date! Highly recommend this location, and booking with Evan if you get the chance! (Though I am sure all the RMT's are just as great!)

Was able to book a same day appointment, online, what more could you ask?Connie was very friendly and created a great atmosphere, she sent me home with stretches and tips to help my posture- already looking forward to coming back! Thank you!

I like Massage Experts because I can book online. Consistently got cancelled on. Massages were OK but not consistently good depending on the provider. Was not provided receipts suitable for submission for secondary coverage.

I went for Massage here and was book with Connie. She gave the best therapeutic massage I’ve ever had. She is very professional. Her massage is tailored based on what I described as to what I am feeling. She is very knowledgeable and professional. She gave me tips to improve my posture she gave me assignments for stretching to help me with my therapy. It is my first time to have a massage with her and all I can say is that she gave the best massage therapy one could ask for. Highly recommend her. The clinic is super calm and clean and the receptionist is warm and friendly. I have found my massage therapist.

Massage expert is a good place. Staff are quite friendly. They make you comfortable and know their job well. Easy to get appointments and rescheduling. I had a good time whenever I visit. Worth to try for. Well Located.
