Despite the high prices. Not much you can do about that as it is the standard known for steel fire-rated doors. The service and expertise provided where everything I needed

Needed a couple commercial doors - had trouble finding places interested on such a small order. But Coastal was able to quote us on what we needed exactly (solid slab door & metal frame) - cost was in line with expected for such a door. They had stock so was able to pick it up the next day, very easy to work with and good quality products. Went out of their way to check requirements we needed (especially as first time working with commercial doors), so appreciated the helpful service.

Find them very pleasant, professional, and enjoy dealing with them.Returning my calls more promptly would give them five stars.Thanks for being a co who enjoys dealing with people.

Called a dozen times, no one answers the phone...

These guys took care of our needs with great product. Their superior product knowledge of what they offer and what l needed was evident. Thanks Coastal Door!

We used them for a community hall with mediocre to poor service. After taking a vacation day to let workers into the facility they were a no show. Apparently it was never entered into their system. I did get hold of a manager who did get a crew out the next day - another day off for me to take. Finally work is done but now they have to come back for minor repair to install weatherstrip as you can see out the bottom and top of both double doors. Once again appointment is made and workers don't show up. Waiting for a response via email or phone to my messages. It was suggested to backcharge the work so we'll see if they get the work done. I still have 50% of the payment. My mistake was to give 50% up front in the first place.
