As much as I want to send my children in this salon, I’m just disappointed on how to booked an appointment. Booking online is hard to figure out and I can’t even get through over the phone. It’s just not convenient

I've been going here for years now, haircut is almost always good, sometimes better than others but I've never had a bad cut from them. Unfortunately a haircut or beard trim is the only thing I can recommend. Went in this time wanting to do some color in my hair and beard to cover up some grey that I've got going on. The color may have softened up the gray a little but it certainly didn't cover anything. For the price, I won't be having them do that again and I can't honestly recommend anyone else use them for that service.

I have been searching for a barber/stylist to figure out how to cut my hair properly for a long time. Natalya is highly recommended. Super friendly and she sure knows what she is doing. Best haircut yet. Thank you

The friendly atmosphere, my stylist (Natalia) is an absolute rockstar she takes the time to make sure it's perfect. I usually leave a haircut feeling like it's not exactly what I wanted. But I've seen Natalia 2 times now and both times were amazing!

haircut was outstanding, price was according to the service, which is a really good service i had. and its a comfy place to seat and watch tv or be in your phone while you are waiting

The whole experience is pretty cool. I like the retro style seats. Bright lighting. I like the fact that there is an old-school arcade game that my son and I can play while we wait. Lots of product to choose from if necessary. Good customer service.

Some of the worst service I've ever had at a business.Booked an appointment at 10am with an estimated wait time of 80 minutes.I called at 11:30 to get an update and they say maybe about 12:30. Hear nothing back by 12:30 so I call again, and they say 1:30. It says they will call you ahead of time so you can head over, never got a call from anyone. If I hadn't called, I'd have had no idea.What an awful system when every other reputable barber shop just takes appointments. thanks for wasting my entire morning.

Good Cut, called and booked ahead the day of. Nice people and atmosphere, got a coke after the cut. Will return for the convenience of getting in same day. Like a proper barber shop should offer.
