I absolutely hate when Amazon uses this delivery service. Even when clearly communicated that they are delivering to a business they attempt deliveries outside of business hours. Spoke with an Agent to inquire why my item had not yet arrived and the continued error to attempt outside normal hours. Agent advised that a note was made and I should receive my package. No package, received a phone call just before 5PM from the driver attempting the delivery. I explained again. Stated he would try again the next day. 2 more attempts where made after the phone discussion. Poke my eyes out. This is constant. Amazon, hire a better service. Why have Prime than I ask myself. Idiots!!!!

I had recently ordered a product on Amazon and TForce was to deliver it to my house on a Saturday. Eventually the package appeared as 'delivered' on the tracking for that day but was not at my place. Called them on a Monday morning and found out it was incorrectly sent to a different address. They were polite about it and promised to get it back. I got the package back on the Tuesday evening. While it was not fun to see my package sent to the wrong place, I was ultimately satisfied with how they quickly resolved the issue and got my stuff back.

Ordered stuff from Amazon they used this company... we got a notification that they had a fail attempt to deliver our package.... Winnipeg is in code red! We are at home! There has been no attempt to deliver anything dynamex... quit lying!!! I have a ring doorbell... no one came by!!!!

Terrible customer service!They promised a Sept 22 delivery date, but they do not even attempt a delivery. I call on the 26th and they said they will make an appointment to drop it off the next day, the 27th. Nothing happens on the 27 so I call back and they tell me the driver will deliver it some time this week.. Not sure if it will ever get here but I would go to great lengths to avoid this company. It has been a very frustrating 5 days on the phone with many different agents who are underpaid and overworked, unable to actually offer assistance to customers. TForce seems to think they are doing you a huge favor just by existing..

I live in an apartment and have a FlexDelivery address for parcels too large to fit in my mailbox or carriers that cannot enter my building. TForce cannot deliver to FlexDelivery, PO Boxes, or apartments. I called several times this week and when someone finally picked up, I asked if I can just pickup from their midland location because there will be an infinite amount of failed delivery attempts, and they apparently do not bring parcels back to their building for pick ups by the customer. They also said they attempt to deliver outside of standard hours but won’t call customers if they need access. Further, if you try to get it shipped to your workplace and the office closes at 5, and TForce arrives any later, they won’t bother re attempting delivery if they continue to show up after business hours? I had to reroute my parcel to my friends house and hope they successfully hand it off to her so it doesn’t get swiped off her doorstep. Easily the worst carrier I’ve ever encountered.

Would give zero stars if was possible. Like all other reviews, they said they delivered my package but they did not. This was being delivered to a business and they delivered" on a holiday. They told me they put my extremely large box in our "letterbox" (of which my office does not have one). When I called to complain they said to just contact Amazon and they would give me a refund and I can just re-order. Unacceptable response. I have emailed the company trying to get a complaint to some sort of management and I just keep getting that "they are looking into it and just reorder". I have also sent a complaint to Amazon and really hope they stop using this company."

Guaranteed delivery and the delivery driver decides to mark no access" rather than doing his or her job.Amazon and FedEx both delivered packages on the same day without any problems.Paying extra for the guarenteed delivery was not exactly worth it."

Seriously slow. Package that arrived at warehouse at 1:30 am on a Friday showed up late on Saturday...originally was supposed to arrive Tuesday, then Thursday...ordered something from Walmart...had no idea this is the company delivering for them...the online site did not recognize my order number so I had to call...the person found it in the system, so not sure what use the online site is....not impressed....
