I have been at this center for physio and for their chiropractic skills. The staff is friendly and welcoming anytime I walk through the doors. Aside from the friendly service, the staff is very professional where I feel like they are actually helping me recover from a car accident that has been causing me discomfort and pain. I would recommend (and have) this place to any of my friends looking for adjustments and physical rehabilitation.

Last month I visited this clinic for my lower back injury which turned into sciatic pain. I got effective treatment and hospitality from the doctors and staff. I really appreciate their service and the girl on the front desk is very friendly and provide stress-free support throughout the process.

From the moment I started treatment here , Natasha and Emily have given myself and others the best customer service I've seen. The physio staff is very understanding and assure you're getting the most out of your treatment. Doctor Patel and Doctor Yearwood are both amazing at their jobs.You can't help but to look forward to your next treatment with staff like this

This is for the Dental health portion of the clinic. So like, I normally hate going to the dentist but a friend recommended this dental clinic and I was really in need of a visit so I took their advice and I went. Fortunately for me my teeth were in great condition aside from the normal day to day activity. It was always the dental cleanings I had before at other places that bothered me but this time it was great. Jasper, my hygienist, was so gentle, pleasant and patient . I have another cleaning scheduled 8 months from now and I definitely feel very comfortable going back. Thanks guys .

The clinic really helped me a lot great service I got in bad car accident. From the moment I stepped in. I could feel the pain. Leaving from my body special shout out to Dr.Eto takes great care into the work he provides.

I’m visiting this clinic for almost 5 months now because of my fractured shoulder. They really helped me alot to get through this difficult situation especially Dr. Eto. The girl at the front desk(Grishma) is very friendly and the smile on her face helps to enter a stress free environment.

The physiotherapy team are amazing.Natasha and Emily are very wonderful people. They posses an amazing customer service, and to top it off their expertise is on another level.Highly recommend.The chiropractors team are also EXCELLENT. I cannot reiterate enough how well they know their practice.They make their patients feel at ease with every visit.I am always looking forward for my treatments.

Dr Rasaratnam from the medical clinic left me totally stranded when I became pregnant. I’ve been going to this clinic for years and while the receptionist was rude and lacked customer service and compassion, dr Rasaratnam herself was an attentive doctor. Last October I found out I was pregnant and tried to book an appointment to learn about what my next steps were. I left 4 voicemails over 2 months with no one returning my call. Other offices wouldn’t take me, including walk in clinics because I had a GP. I even called the attached pharmacy to find out what the heck was happening and she said that while the doctor was busy moving offices, she was still listening to voicemails. It took nearly 3 months for me to finally find another doctor to take me because I still hadn’t received any call backs or communication from this office. It took me having to beg my husbands doctor to refer me to someone. By then I had a backlog of tests and needs for my pregnancy and I had had to rely on google to get me through most of the advice. I honestly have no words. But most importantly I would never trust dr Rasaratnam again with my healthcare.I am now moving doctors away from this clinic. For my pregnancy physician to even get my file will cost $50.Stay away

I went to this medical clinic during my early pregnancy and the treatment I got was horrible. The receptionist in the front is very rude and incompetent. Dr. Rasaratnam herself is rude and incompetent, she told me to continue seeing her when she should have sent me to a gynaecologist right away. She messed up my requisition for the ultrasound and blood test that should be taken together leaving me to scramble last minute trying to get the right paper so I could do my blood test in time. Dr. Rasaratnam is very clearly in it for the money...greedy textbook doctor with no humanity. Worst experience I have ever had with a doctors office.
