I give 1 to this company and office. It is because I don’t have an option for 0.The quality of service is not improved at all after these all comments.After talking with customer service, i was told that I have to make an appointment for oversized delivery. I didn’t ask for oversized delivery, and you did transferred my package to that department without TELLING me that I have to make an appointment for that. Were you about to hold my stuff until I talked to customer service?? No instructions???? And it’s simply slow to be delivered. What is the whole point of choosing the delivery date when it’s not so accurate? If it is going to be late, you need an explanation for every single reason, otherwise we will not know what’s happening and be worried especially if those packages are essential for them. Ridiculous experience.Edit:Again, great work.The notice paper is so dirty and wrinkled this time. Who’s the driver?

They said they attempted delivery at 4:57 AM! Why do they lie? Who delivers that early and if they actually did attempt what on earth prevented them from dropping it off??? Then the tracking said it was available for pick up in Kelowna. I'm in West Kelowna. So I had to phone to find out exactly where it was. Not impressed...

Seems like this company (at least in Kelowna) can’t get their act together. The hours on their “delivery” slip does not match actual store hours. Waste of gas to go to their store. My bad for not looking on Google for their hours, I just trusted the delivery slip. Should have known better than to trust it right?

Worst service ive ever experienced in my life. Driver alleges couldnt find my house then no one could get my package to me and they for no reason at all took it to a whole new city and when I asked, no one could tell me why they decided to take it to a different city. Meanwhile, this package was an item delivered from Kelowna to Kelowna, and somehow has ended up in Vernon for days and no one is able to get it to me, or to answer any questions.I would never in my life advise anyone to use this company or allow this company to carry or transport anything of even minor importance as there’s not a care in the world for your belongings, you, or your time or your money.

Horrible delivery service. says package was delivered, but its not, no way to contact the depot at the airport, i assume this is where its sitting, as thats where they try to get you to go to get it so they dont have to drive to peachland. goofs.

ZERO STARS. If you live in the U-Apartments, you doubtless never receive your packages. I have to go to their depot every time because they mark packages as undeliverable." I have a buzzer. Please start using it. You claimed no one was home at 1:20 pm

They have removed any ability to contact a local store. Forced to a useless 1800 #Or online. Said they delivered my package and i wasn't home. 7 people over all day.Then i had to drive to get the package

This is the second time that i ‘missed’ the package because of ‘not being present there’ even though i was at my place and constantly checking the door because i had a notification saying that the package is out for delivery. Its funny how these drivers have the time to come and stick a note on my door but would never knock on it. Purolator seriously needs to give its drivers clear instructions or incentives so that they actually start making deliveries instead of sticking a note on your door.

Sandeep is THE BEST!! I’ve had two experiences now where he has gone above and beyond to help me with my returns. He is polite, smiles and makes sure that you feel you’re in good hands. Way to go Sandeep for some of the best costumer service I’ve ever received!

After the driver by mission park shopping center blocked my car in, he proceeded to belittle me after I expressed my frustration of the situation. Instead of moving he got out and repeatedly said he would pray for" me. Which only made everything worse. When trying to leave the situation he drove towards me at which point I thought he was going to hit me. Someone please tell this grandpa that he is not sent from God to fix people. He needs to get out of the way and move on."
