I had a great experience with Charles with my purchases. I got a dinning room as well as a sectional sofa table and console.My experience was amazing. Ordered in June 2022, item was supposed to be ready for November. We phoned mid November for an update (they did not phone us) to learn that the item is delayed. The sales rep was in contact with me via email and stopped responding to me since my email on January 10th. I left couple voice messages on their answering machine and still have not heard back. The item is over two months delayed and they continue to fail to provide updates and meet the delivery dates they set. I still don't have my dining table...

High end furniture store in Burlington. Wife and I purchase this beautiful Indian marble table for our entryway. Delivery was quick and well packaged, however the original product had some defects in the gold frame. After I posted my review with comments on the defect, Mobilia took the initiative to find the order number, reached out and replaced the unit within a couple weeks. After purchasing other products at West Elm and C&B, I have to say that Mobilia has some of the best customer service hands down. Will certainly buy from them again!

We recently purchased a couple of 6-drawer-dressers from Mobilia Burlington and it was a pleasure to deal with Atie Manka. Atie is a knowledgeable Sales/Design consultant and a very professional person to deal with. We also received a pleasant surprise with the shipping date, we were originally advised it would be delivered in August, but then Atie notified us and advised the dressers were ready for delivery in May. Everything fell into to place and they look great in our bedroom. Thank you for you assistance!

I have had a very similar experience with many reviewers here and particular, with the reviewer Maher Shoura. I would also like to provide everyone my shopping experience with Mobilia. Please read if you are considering making a purchase from this store.Mobilia looks so pretty when you walk in. The sales team and service in the store was fine and we have no complaints there. We were in the store looking to purchase a sofa for our main living area; we ended up purchasing a couch that was “in stock” and delivered within a few weeks of being purchased.The couch was delivered on Dec 6 2019 and we immediately noticed several issues with the couch. We bought a large sectional and the two ‘sections’ didn’t close/connect properly due to the cushions being too large. The end cushions were literally hanging off the couch as well. Also, we noticed that the stitching at the top of the couches was also very uneven, where it looked almost bumpy.We emailed Mobilia customer support with photos of our issues and they sent a technician out on Jan 14 2020 to review the couch; this was the earliest appointment they had available. The technician agreed with my complaints and said that our couch would be replaced.We have been dealing with Ms.Vish Balchand, the After Sales Service Representative who responded to our email, and let me tell you, I cannot believe how disappointing the ‘after care’ service has been. Please don’t get me wrong, I get that we are amidst Covid right now and that things have been delayed as a result of same, I totally get that, but how is it Nov 2020 and I still have not received any new couch, new cushions, nothing! We are going on one year with no resolution!The biggest issue here is that we are not receiving any real responses. The responses we get from Vish are just terrible and she doesn’t ever address the issues at hand. I have asked her several times exactly what is being replaced (i.e. cushions, the entire couch, etc etc) vis-à-vis the technician’s report and she always gives me the run around and no real answer. I have asked for a copy of the technician’s report and of course, you guessed right that I have not received that the report or even the technician’s comments about our couch.You want to know the best part? Our couch is now discontinued. On Jul 30 2020, Vish writes, “These pieces that you currently have are of a discontinued line that we no longer carry. I can send another technician to come in and take measurements of the correct size that you need in the cushions. Please let me know and I will make the necessary arrangements”. Please note that I responded to Vish the same day and have yet to receive any ‘arrangements’. In fact, I am still using the same couch that was delivered in Dec 2019.It’s now Nov 3 2020 and I am still to this date waiting for a response from Mobilia. Given our couch is now discontinued, we should at least be provided with something, an exchange, a credit, something so that we can have and use a couch that we actually enjoy, from both a functionality and image perspective. So, all in all, I completely agree with other reviewers in that the service we have received is inexplicably horrible and extremely below average in regards to the amount we paid and we will never be shopping here again. You don’t always get what you pay for. Please find some pictures of our defective couch.

I had never previously heard of Mobilia, the name came up when searching for a new sofa.The store is very well presented and staff are helpful however will make sure to give you plenty of space to test out items/make up your mind without any pressure. We decided to purchase a sofa + love seat that we liked which was just delivered last week and we could not have been happier with the purchase! The only down side was the wait, we purchased in Feb and the delivery was in May. However it is important to note that they were clear in setting expectations for a “end of May” delivery.Shortly before our delivery, I noticed that the price had dropped and after a quick email to our sales rep Atie, we were given a refund for the difference-no hassle what so ever!Overall great experience, highly recommended and remember to ask for Atie!

I am having the worst experience so far. I booked a king sized bed with two night stand in the month of September 2022, they scheduled the delivery on Nov 7th 2022. And the person who came for delivery said , he cannot deliver as for him it looks like the bed’s headboard will not get in as my way towards the bedroom is narrow, but I did explained to him that I already have a king sized mattress and adjustable king sized frame already there.I went to the Burlington store again and selected a new piece and they promised me to deliver that by mid of December and some one from scheduling called me and said that the piece is broken and they cannot deliver any new pieces.After that they promised to deliver this by mid of Jan 2023 and it’s been end of Jan , no one has contacted me till now. #mobilia

i'v been Mobilia's costumer for years and I love their furniture and their customers service, but I don't recommend to visit Burlington location. After waiting for about 2 months to get my side table I got it with some scratches. i contacted the Manger Assistant she said that she is gonna call me back. Unfortunately, she ignored me. I tried to call the store for many times to talk to the Manger Assistant but their answer was She is not in the office she will call you tomorrow". I had to call the costumer service to complain about it and they got me a new table immediately."

Should be 5 stars because the furnitures are nice with correct price.Employees have good advice.Delivery less than 1 week.BUT, the dimensions written are not correct. (Bigger than the real size, in our case for 1 table and a desk)

We bought 3 chaise lounges and 2 chairs and just ordered another chair. We love the furniture...so comfy and Blazenka our sales clerk looked after us well. When I emailed her to order another chair, she got back to me right away and had everything done for us. Delivery was not a long wait at all and they were quick especially since the furniture went into the basement family room. The furniture looks great and you can configure it as you wish. Prices were very reasonable. We are so pleased and will definitely be returning.
