I purchased a Groupon for $16.00 for two meals with two drinks that was a value of $24.00 but the employee only allowed me 2 choices on the menu which were the deals at $6.99 each. I didn’t want those and they refused to honour the Groupon valued at $24. I just accepted I was ripped off and lost my money, I gave my Groupon to my friend as I could not order what I wanted and I purchased food elsewhere. I’ll never go back to this fast food chain. Total disappointment!!!

Just order for delivery a ginger pork and this is what I got (see picture below) the meat wasnt cooked properly it was still raw, no broccoli, carrots, nor Brussel sprouts, and whatever veggies was on it wasn’t even steam smh I order from here all the time and I must say this will be my last I didn’t even get to have my dinner as I order this for my dinner and didn’t even eat it and no manager contacted me at all.

Rice contains small stones(in pic, on the napkin). I was expecting stir fry vegetable, and after I got my pineapple chicken, I found out that broccoli and mushroom are raw and not fresh. The chicken breast slice is too big and rough. My friend ordered ginger pork and the sauce tastes weird for a ginger flavor dish.

Staff wae not helpful. Ordered vegetarian with tofu. They used frozen tofu which was impossible to chew, very rubbery.No flavor, very poor dish. Will not be coming back to this location.

I eat here whenever I am in the fairview mall. It is my favourite restaurant in the food court. Quick fresh and healthy and very affortable

Honestly the best restaurant to eat at in the Fairview Mall. The staff are great. Always so friendly. And the coolest part is watching them cook the food on front of you. It’s so delicious. I always get extra teriyaki sauce! Paid $15 for their rice with veggies, shrimp, chicken, and beef. And I also got a large bottle of coke to drink. 100% recommend the Iron Chef. :)

Grabbed a quick lunch on my way to Canada Computers. The food is bland, the chicken and beef in my rice combo were obviously not seasoned and neither were the vegetables. It's not bad for the price but the food certainly has a lot of room for improvement

Way better and different then the one at the gateway in NOTL. If you didn't like that one give this one a try. Very good and fresh food prepared right in front of you.

Worker was eating and watching movies behind counter when we got there... didnt wash his hands when he finally noticed us.. Ordered a vegetarian dish, cooked with same utensils as raw meat and cooked meat and my vegetarian dish without cleaning... didn't wash his hands. after repeatedly touching his phone and wiping his sweaty face while cooking... ended up throwing my food away... waste of money. grossed out. didn't want to risk getting sick.
