Glenwood Labels

We always get a printing for pharmacy labels and other labels from Glenwood Labels. Everything is dealt with the utmost professionalism and my labels look fantastic! All the staff there are amazing and for everything we do through them it comes back flawless and at great prices! I highly recommend getting quotes through them before going with your first choices because they will ALWAYS be a better price with a better quality!

Poor Refund policies and not environmental friendlyI used to use Glenwood for my pharmacy labels anc I had very good experiences until December 2022.I own pharmacies and we use their laser labels. Out of 15 boxes that we ordered, 8 boxes had poor quality labels. The labels were not glued on properly and therefore kept causing printer jams. I had to replace one of my printers because of the glue that was stuck to internal fixtures. This glue was from the labels. When we asked for a recourse glenwood took over 2 months to respond and then asked us to provide a sample size from each box in order to allow them to determine. We complied and ultimately they admitted fault and said that they would replace the boxes only if we bought additional boxes of labels. Then as a cherry on the top they raised the prices from $48 in 2022 December to $58 a box in March 2023 ( not even three months later). Now my pharmacy is stuck with over 8000 label paper we can’t use, no refund and no recourse. What a shame and what a waste of paper and to the environment when we are all trying to save trees and to conserve. I will be letting pharmachoice know of this .

Most reviews have to be from friends and family. Company needs to realize that getting one time orders then pulling shifty moves within the paper work wont fly in the long run.Customers first, their couple dollars in hidden charges & failed orders last.This is a review from an anonymous account. If you wish to use Glenwood Labels for your next order, I hope that you only speak to Shawn since he's the only one who actually cares about the health & status of your order once you paid up.I hope that their management has a serious reality check on how business needs to be conducted these days. If they do not, I'm afraid that their days of playing office will be numbered.

I have ordered Pharmacy laser labels, it all went smooth and quick delivery to my surprise unlike other companies make you wait for 4-6 weeks. The labels are very similar to what I have been getting at a much cheaper price. I strongly recommend Glenwood labels

My experience with Tracey Banni (account manager) and Alex B. (graphics) has been nothing short of simply fabulous! I just opened the big box of labels (see below) and breathed a sigh of relief - finally they are done and they all look totally amazing! Seriously - I am just a tad particular about these things....so this is not an exaggeration. They were #8 ? on the list of companies that I have 'talked' to.It's a huge sigh of relief because it feels my life can finally moved forward after been on hold for most of this last year. Mostly - just trying to find a label printer that speaks the same language and actually cares enough to hear you. Understands that your a new company that is just launching their first line of products, and you didn't just win the Loto! But still I was treated like I had. (customer service generally speaking in Vancouver sucks I have found)With the staff at Glenwood I always felt welcomed, emails were prompt and felt treated like I was their biggest client. Tracey B. generously took the time to show me budget wise alternatives and offered great suggestions - one that ended up me redesigning to match a die cut they had in stock - but it was in the end perfect!My labels (11 of them 4 large - 7 small) are fussy, heavy in graphics, large file sizes and are super colour sensitive & I needed pre-press proofs (and oddly enough there are many printers now out there that don't / won't give you a proof - like who even does that? ) AND NONE of this was an issue for them.Also - Instead of always having to go through the acct. rep. to talk to graphics dept, I could talk to Alex directly he was always in the loop and awesome. Sooo much easier and faster when you can talk geek to the geek. :)Anyways - I love these guys and will definitely be using them for all my future labels!Funny how things work - thing is the reason I had found them was to buy a Epson printer to just start printing my own. I had actually given up hoping to find anyone local that actually cared about my 'labour of love' like I did.Oh and to the 1 star guy below - definitely not family. lol

We always go to Glenwood for our labels and band stickers. They're local and they got us the best price we could find, and we've been going to them ever since. The quality is unreal, the service is fantastic and we've always dealt with such nice people there. Cheers!

We just had the pleasure of doing business again with Glenwood Labels at the end of 2020. We wanted to re-design our business logo and then print new labels. Terry and Kelly's design team were awesome and professional as always. They provided us with multiple samples of logos...it was difficult to decide which logo to go with as they were all great. Once we decided on the new design, our labels were produced and delivered promptly. Another excellent experience with the work done by Glenwood Labels. Thanks to the entire team!We have used Glenwood Labels twice now for our business and both times they have delivered excellent services. Both Terry and Kelly are great guys to deal with and are attentive to detail. They were extremely helpful to us with selecting label sizes and layout. Delivery was exactly what I expected and right on time! Their efficient and friendly service is second to none. I would highly recommend them for any of your label needs...in fact, I would only recommend Glenwood Labels to anyone! Thanks boys!

Don't Pay their sales staff cheated me out of my salary don't buy labels there. and Yes I worked there more than 25 years ago telemarketing Laser Label Sheets to business I worked there 2 weeks and never got Paid a dime. Your Company is dishonest in their dealings with sales staff. I worked for 2 weeks promoting their laser and Inkjet Label Sheets and they did not pay me a dime.Employment Standards Branch has a file so thick The Company should be put out of business. The Owners Lie a lot There is a huge file at Employment Standards branch about Glenwood Labels and non- payment of wages. Check it out there are at least 100 cases filed against Glenwood Labels for non-payment of wages.
