A few years back our (fully loaded) chest freezer died at 4 pm on a Saturday afternoon. We were due to go on vacation for a week the next day. We hurried over to Tom & Al's, quickly picked out a new upright freezer which was delivered to our house before 6 that same day. I cannot say enough about how impressed we were by how very helpful everyone was. Highly recommend!
