Great experience!Came here to change two tires, the service was fast, the price reasonable and the guys did some extra work (tuning breaks and gears) without making me pay and without even telling me.Great folks who do their job with passion and honesty! Couldn't recommend more.

Had such a hard like looking for tires for my Peugeot. I am more then happy that I found a local shop who had multiple in stock. Staff was amazing the guy helped me get what I needed and was happy to serve me. I will for sure come back here for repairs and supplies. Highly recommend for all your needs for your bike!

I bought a nice used bike here a while ago. Put more than 200 km on it already, without a single problem.The staff is friendly and helpful. They let me try the bike and answered all my questions. The selection of bikes seems pretty good too, considering the size of the shop.I would definitely recommend this place to a friend.

Welp... I don't know how to rate this shop to be honest. It's my neighborhood bike shop and I've run in there several times with an urgent repair job and had them fix it on the spot, perfectly, and charge me nothing. This has happened like 4 or 5 times. When they do charge me for a repair, the work has been flawless. Soooo when pandemic first hit and we were encouraged to support local businesses, I knew immediately which business I wanted to support. I went and bought a brand new bike from Velo Urbain and that is where things went bi-polar. I paid for the bike and was told that they needed some time to assemble it. Three weeks passed with no word so I called and asked about it. They put me on hold and then came back saying that they needed more days to build it. An hour later I got a call saying that my new bike was complete. Uh, ok.Once in my possession, the bike lasted about a week before it developed a number of problems and it has been like that since. I fix one problem and another emerges. Parts routinely fall off of the bike while riding it. Keep in mind that this is a brand new bike.So all this to say that... I've had both the very best experiences with this shop as well as the very worst. I just.... dunno....

Great service at great a decent price.Very quick with the works done on my old bike. Got it back in just a day. Had some small adjustment to do after and they did it on site super quick as well.They also have an arsenal of 2nd hand bikes and parts.
