The Blind Doctor

This is my go to place for blind repair. They have a quick turnaround and answer any questions I have. They provide preventative maintenance tips as well when asked.

I try to call so many time without any answer and then I decide to drive down there for some 1.4mm wire for my warranty Hunter Douglas horizontal blind and they have the wire at 1$ per foot. Unfortunately for them I can order it at 15$ for a roll of 75 feet over the net. I was really disappoint of their unprofessional service.

Moved into a house with blinds that didn’t stay up. Went thru another company first who did house calls. The guy told us it would be near $400 to repair the blinds on top of the $145 he charged just coming through our door. Took the motors out and put them in his bag to take with him. We asked for them back to which he threw them on the table. He made us feel very uneasy as he talked poorly about other clients. We said we would contact him. Couldn’t wait for the guy to leave, total crook. Called The Blind Dr. months later and they said bring the blinds in. Was charged $40 to have them assessed. Was told if they could be fixed, would be 7-10 days. 2 hours later we got the call they were ready. I called back thinking it was a mistake. Nope!! Fixed and only charged $40 to fix! UNBELIEVABLE FANTASTIC SERVICE

I went there to get a new tilt mechanism for my blinds. The customer service was great.

I was very happy with the service that I received here. I asked for my blind repair to be rushed which at first they weren’t sure they would be able to do due to being short staffed. When I explained my situation and why I needed it rushed they went above and beyond to accommodate me and had it done within a few hours. One of the reps also spent time with me explaining why the blind broke and how we could avoid it happening again in the future. Highly recommend.

We brought one of our faux wood blinds for repair, and were very happy with their service. The pricing was very straight-forward and reasonable, without any diagnostic fee" popping up at the end of the conversation. They had them done in just two days

I received courteous, professional and very reasonably priced repairs to our main kitchen blind. Who repairs and returns products overnight? These skilled folks do! Will definitely return for any future needed repairs!

I had to replace the cords on my blind and found the Blind Doctor, so glad I did! I dropped it off and within 36 hours it was repaired. I was super happy because it was during a heat wave ! Friendly staff & affordable prices. Better than paying for a new one!

This rating a far overdue.... 21 years ago we had blinds picked and installed by the Blind Doctor! Not only have they lasted the test of time but lasted through 4 kids. I would 1000% recommend The Blind Doctor to anyone reading this review.
