SMRT Tent

I've owned a summit suite for a couple years now and absolutely love it! It has been one of the greatest purchases to add to my adventure rig, knowing I have a quality product I can rely on any season i'm out in the backcountry just adds peace of mind to my adventures. It also helps that the customer support is top notch, 100% would recommend reaching out if you're looking for a tent for your adventures.

Just got my summit suite, and had some issues with the install, Stephanie responded asap and Cody called me in 5 minutes and sorted it out on the spot. Stoked to be taking it out asap, for summer biking and winter touring. Will be posting photos with it of course.Thanks again!

I had purchased 3 different models of rootop tents and 2 awnings. Since I had used 3 different vehicles for expeditions and SMRT-TENT has been super helpful when it comes to instalation and once I had a small warranty issue and it was taken care of very promptly.

Great tent, perfect for road trips! I've had the SMRT Tent Sky Loft for almost two years now and love it. As a photographer I often find myself on the road catching sunset and inevitably in a rush to set up camp in the dark. These hard shell tents are so easy to set up and take down, making road trips more fun and less stress. The tent has held up well to the rigours of camping and has proven to be very durable. The hard shell design is the best. Durable, waterproof and easy to set up and take down. The included mattress is great, and overall it's been really fun. Cody the owner is an absolute gem of a human being as well, making interactions fun and easy. 10/10 for SMRT Tent!

Could not be more satisfied with the customer service and warranty process with SMRT Tent! There was an issue with the tent during shipping and I was able to speak to Cody, and have a replacement part sent almost instantly! Could not be more happy with my purchase from this company!

We purchased a tent and back rack from SMRT tent and they were so helpful! We had no idea what to get for a rack etc. They arranged a time during the week and set it up for us. The tent is amazing. Had the best sleep ever the first night out camping, being off the ground makes a huge difference! Also set up and take down is like 3 minutes if that. Love the tent. Thank you guys so much!!

Response:I’ve sent you a question 6 days ago and still didn’t receive an answer (but somehow you have time to write things which are simply not true in the response). In what universe could you fit 6 days in 12 hours? You got 6 extra days before i did the review. I have confirmed that bolts should be shipped with the item just like I have received it the second time (which is actually the only thing that makes sense anyway). So another lie. You messed up and instead of fixing the issue you ignore the customer. I’m not going to do any more business with you and definitely won’t recommend it to anyone.Original review:Item I have ordered was missing parts. It is useless without those. SMRT Tent claims that those parts are not included in the box and wants me to pay again for shipping if I want them. It sounds quite ridiculous especially when manufacturers website clearly states that missing parts should be included. I got the same item from different source and not only I got it complete (with the parts claimed by SMRT Tent as not included) but also the box looks different. It contains the image and description of the product. Box from SMRT Tent does not have it what might suggest that it was sent not in the original packaging. Overall bad experience - even their support responded after days of multiple emails to give me vague and ridiculous responses. Can't recommend.

I bought my roof top tent from smrt tent a little over 5 years ago. It's the most durable tent I've ever had. I've slept through wind storms, sand storms, the heaviest rain storms and tent continues to show up. On top of a great product comes the best customer service I've ever experienced. I had a couple different vehicles since buying my tent and each time smrt is quick to help me find the right rack for my vehicle as well as other parts to making camping the easiest. If you have questions the support team is quick to answer any questions. 1000/10 recommend to everyone

Safest Camping Experience!I got my first rooftop tent from SMRT Tent 6 years ago. I had used this tent in so many different places that I wouldn’t have been able to take a conventional tent. I love unconventional experiences because they are filled with so many possibilities of Adventure. And that is exactly what this tent has given me all these years. I love that I am able to sleep sound and safe with my little boys. I chose SMRT Tent because it’s a locally run family focused business, which I’m all about. My tent is in amazing condition despite the wild country it’s been used on.
