My roof needed to be replaced and after calling a few companies and not getting a response I called CDO, Nick answered! He came out that same day to give me a quote for a full replacement for my home and garage roof. He was very professional, timely and truly takes pride in his work. He understood my financial cap and was able to work with me and my budget! CDO is the company to use if you want things done right and for a great price! Nick was there during the entire process along with his crew.

I called CDO Home Solutions late Monday about wind damage to some facia and soffet vent on the back of my house. From past experience with others, I wasn't expecting that anyone could come fordays or weeks. But, Nick answered right away and was very patient with me as I tried to explain the the damage. Then he surprised me by saying he would stop by first thing in the morning to check it out.When he came he thoroughly examined the damage and even the entire roof to make sure there was no additional damage I wasn't able to see from the ground.He clearly explained everything he needed to do and the cost. Again, he surprised me when he offered to do the work right away because of his concern for further damage that might be caused from the new winter storm expected the next day.The work he did was excellent! It looks like the damage never even happened!I found Nick to be a very personable, easy to talk to, kind person whose concern for the homes of his customers is exceptional. That, together with his true skill and reasonable prices encourages me to highly recommend him to anyone needing his services.I know I will call him again!

We usually did ALL our home projects ourselves. It was hard for us to hire and pay an outside contractor, but Nick and his team made it easier.Nick is very professional. He explained the details of our project and ENTIRE cost. We received craftmanship and quality material.Nick and his team got our job done swiftly. We were updated throughout the entire project. actually, we had a company come in and do some repair work on our roof come to find out they messed it up pretty bad, not to mention leaving all hazardous materials for 6 weeks so we called Nick. He was here within minutes ready to finish the undone job. he’s first opportunity to do any jobs we may have him. Great guys , fast service did not complain. so happy heanswered and came to help!!

Nick did a wonderful job on the repairs on my roof. He worked in the rain on my two story home to get the repairs done. Hope to bring him back in the spring to possibly do the entire roof. Highly recommend Nick to others who need roofing work.

I was referred to Nick after having storm damage, the damage caused leaking into my daughters room and needed to be fixed quickly. I called on a Sunday night thinking I would leave a voicemail, he answered and came out that night. He got on the roof and made sure the leak was stopped then showed up the next morning to fix it! I was blown away with his work and sense of urgency for our needs. He is very efficient, friendly and makes you feel like family. I highly recommend Nick for any roofing needs! We will definitely be using him in the future.

Take this time and readHad a morning breakfast with family and noticed water coming inside our home.. tried every contractor in my area and no one would answer in dire need I seen this company on google.. first ring. Answered. Told what was going on. They showed same day. Fact is being tight on a budget and in need of emergency services this is one company to call in Tuscola County. Don't hesitate.
