Went here cause I wanted a fresh salad and was disappointed. The server wasn’t sure what was going on.. tried her best though. Unfortunately the salads where just a huge let down for $10+.

Walked into Dufferin Mall expecting to only find fast-food. I was extremely surprised to find this place.Their ingredients are fresh, the prices are fair, and the wraps are delicious.They also offer smoothies, salads, and anything green you can imagine.I highly recommend this place.

Cultures is located In the cafeteria at Duffrin Mall beside the body shop and Pandora store. This food company is healthy and reminds me of chipotle. Staff is friendly and helpful. I ordered the chicken plus avocado sandwich and it’s amazing. The price of food is more expensive but you’re paying for a quality Whole Foods. I recommend this food place to anyone who loves healthy food.

Waited 10 minutes to place an order, when I finally did, I informed that I cannot have dairy. I asked 3 times if the sauce was vegan, the owner insisted it was vegan. I decided to check online and in fact it is not.

I work in the mall and go there twice a week unfortunately today they served me food with mold on it. When I went back looking for a refund, the owner argued with me telling me it wasn't mold. She said sometimes fruit has natural hairs on it. However it was green with white hairs, mold is mold. She offered me a free salad, no refund and never apologized however after 15 mins I got a refund and won't be going back.

Cultures have the most amazing smoothies because of their delicious soft serve frozen yogurt. Over the weekend I was at this location and I saw the employee scooping frozen yogurt and it just didn't click in that something wasn't quite right until I took a sip. Yuck! If your soft sever machine isn't working, tell your customer first before they pay for something they don't want!! That's just common decency. Especially since we can't eat or drink in the mall so we can't try anything until we're out of the building and to get back in, I would have had to of lined up outside for another 30min!

So glad that culture's has reopened here at dufferin mall just had the oriental mango with mixed greens and salmon. I have a new place to eat that is healthier. Although the smoothies are pretty disgusting I will get the food but not the soomthies

I've been eating here with my boyfriend and we love it! Yummy, healthy, freshly-made, quick and friendly service! I tried their california bowl, chili lime tilapia sandwich & salad and their smoothie was delicious! perfect combination of fresh ingredients & tasty salad dressing.

I came here last week around monday evening. I got a cultures bowl, the worker making it had no clue what they were making but thats ok.When i started eating the chicken i noticed a sour smell emanating from the chicken.I walked over and explained the situation and asked for a refund of $11.00.The two workers there refused to acknowledge that they had in fact tried passing me off food that had been expired.Not only did they flat out refuse but also threatened to call security, help me out, or offer any kind of assistance.Also after several calls and voice messages to their head office I was left with no response.This is the worst cultures i have been to.Will not be returning.
