Best dentist ever!! Always helpful and informative..great staff, clean, friendly and so accommodating for those scared of the dentist (my 82 year old mother in law for one) I can't recommend Dr.Gill and Radiant Dental enough.

Very knowledgeable and kind. Highly recommend Dr. Gill to be your families dentist. My son and daughter are very comfortable in Dr. Gills care. Staff is lovely as well.

I have been going to Radiant since 2016. It’s always a great experience with Dr. Gill, the dental assistants, hygienists, and front desk staff. I’ve referred family and friends to Radiant Dental and will continue doing so.

Staff is so welcoming and heartfelt, walking me through both the dental and financial processes. Dr. Gill is very kind and guiding, he always makes sure his patients are comfortable and safe.

I am not one to leave reviews but I have to say I have now been to Radiant Dental twice in the last week and I can not say enough good things about them. I was in so much pain and had an appointment within an hour of calling. I went in and made them aware I had a lot of anxiety/fear around the dentist. They right away offered to let my partner come sit in the room with me for comfort. The gentleness the hygienist and the dentist had was more than I could have asked for. They kept asking if I was uncomfortable or in pain. I was given options for what could be done. I made a choice for extraction. I went today for the extraction and right away they helped ease my mind. I was told during the extraction if I was uncomfortable, in pain or having anxiety or any issues to signal and they would stop. Twice I had to stop them for pain, they fixed it right away. The hygienist after sat with me for at least 20 mins after just talking and easing my anxiety and making sure I was okay. If I could give them 10 stars I would! Receptionist, hygienist and dentist were all super friendly! Super understanding! Super compassionate. Will not hesitate to go back. They fixed my fear of the dentist!

Dr. Gill is a fantastic dentist, who really cares about his patients and does very good work. Even after I moved further away I keep doing the commute for his skill and service.

I have recently attended my first appointment with a dental hygienist at Radiant Dental but my expectations were unmet. Based on my previous experience at another dental office, I had anticipated that all teeth would be cleaned and a dentist would be present. In reality, however, only a few lower teeth were cleaned, in addition to a few X-rays, and no dentist was present at the time. The aforesaid procedure was priced at around $222. At the conclusion of my first appointment, I had been asked to arrange a second appointment, the cost of which was estimated to be $340. The actual cost (around $562) would far exceed the estimated cost (around $446). I was also told that the subsequent procedure may be more expensive than anticipated. When I had inquired about the apparent discrepancy, I was then told that the price is predicated on the time taken to clean each tooth, information of which I had been unaware and which should have been disclosed, especially to new patients. The transparency hadn't been evident and I made an unwavering decision to cancel the upcoming appointment. If you decide to visit this particular dental office, keep the aforementioned points in mind.

I have been seeing Dr. Gill for…. a long time! (He says 15 years, I say 20). I started going to him when he was working in North Burnaby, and when he opened his own practice I followed him out to Surrey! That’s how much I trust him. I’m one of the rare one’s that actually likes to see their dentist!
