Rented tooled from them based on their recommendation & they did not do the job. After notifying them immediately they recommended a new tool which did not work either. They still charged me and will not refund me. I would not use this company ever. BBS will here from me about this company.

Customer service is neither customer oriented nor prompt. Sales persons are unskilled and overwhelmed by the task of dealing with customers in a civilized manner.Another crucial aspect of their business practices is their inaccurate pricing, it is a planned money-making practice. Against this malpractice is best to discuss and obtain pricing in written and before hand.
