Tower Moving Company

This was my third time hiring Tower Moving and the service was exceptional! We were moving from a downtown toronto condo that we were renting to our first home that we bought and that is a very stressful time logistically and financially! The Tower Moving team quoted EXACTLY to the penny that we paid in the end and the team was enthusiastic in making this a special day for us and handled everything with care! They assembled and disassembled some pieces which took that off our plate. I was extremely impressed and HIGHLY recommend this company for moving - they are always on time, reliable and handle items with care.

As someone who has experienced the good, the bad, and the ugly when it comes to moving companies; these guys were phenomenal. They were on time, courteous, and professional. Had loads of runners and protection for the floors in our home. They handled all of our furniture with care and ease. Most importantly, they treated our home and belongings with respect. I am absolutely thrilled with our experience with Tower Moving, and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a moving company! Cheers!!

Getting a quote was quick and easy, Matt was friendly and straightforward through the whole process, and the movers were professional, efficient and friendly for my move from a basement apartment to 2.5 hours away. Highly recommend!

So many damages. They charged a decent rate to pack up my mom's house and store her contents until she found a home. It took 2 months for them to book a time to move her contents to another province (after promoting that they were would move nationally). They had no problem automatically charging my credit card the $640 per month for storage while they found another company to move her belongings. She has been sending them photos of all the damaged furniture and has not heard anything back. Even a box with files in regards to her house sale was found damp and moldy. I heard that all the contents we stored as if they were tossed in a box. I'm frustrated for my mom and wish she was better taken care of. We're still looking for missing items as well!!

I am very happy with Tower Moving. They arrived on time (actually, arrived a few min early and knocked on my door at exactly 10 am). They wrapped all items that could otherwise be damaged. We disassembled most of our furniture in advance, but we had one shelf that we couldn't take apart. The Tower Moving guys did that very easily. All items arrived in good order. All was finished at 2.05 pm, they could bill us for 4.5 hours as per the contract, but only billed for 4 hours. Overall, very nice and efficient, thanks guys!

We had a great experience with Tower Moving. The two movers were professional and friendly and did a great job. They were both pleasant to deal with throughout. All of our items were handled with care from start to finish.

Excellent experience with Tower Moving. They showed up on time, were very friendly, and couldn't believe how they took the time to wrap almost everything to protect it. You MUST expect some damage during a move, and there was very minimal/minor; nothing that I would complain about. They went non-stop for over 12 hours to get us moved. I can't say enough about Tower and would highly recommend and use them again.

The actual moving guys were awesome but staff/management mislead me, gaslighted me and tried desperately to bump my moving costs repeatedly AND NOW; because I shared my honest expletive laced truth with them the manager(?) said and I quote You're not gonna get your stuff! "Not sure what he'll do next now that it is all secured in my storage unit but who knows with these people...I told Move Buddies

UNETHICAL. Seriously. A scam I have contacted my attorney and will be seeking justice. These people just can’t be for real. I could sit here and list out all of the lies but I’ll spare the readers their time. Please, go with another company.

We hired Tower Moving to move our belongings from Toronto to St. Martin’s, New Brunswick, and were very pleased with our initial contact. The price was not cheap, but we were reassured by their good reviews that our possessions would be in good hands.Unfortunately, our experience when they arrived in NB with our stuff was incredibly disappointing. They had only two mats to protect our floors, which meant mud, grit, and salt (this was in winter and we had salted outside to ensure they wouldn’t slip) was tracked through every single room of our new house. There was no offer or attempt to clean any of it up. As we started unpacking, we found many of our furniture pieces had been damaged, including wheels broken off of office chairs and a large crack in the headboard of our heavy wooden bed.When we contacted the company about the damage, we were told we’d need to provide photos of the damage (which we did) as well as details of where and when we’d purchased them. Several of the damaged pieces were things we’d had for over a decade, and at least one was a gift, so we did not have this information at hand and were therefore not compensated for any of the damage. All we got when we sent photos of the huge mess on our floors was a message apologizing that the team didn’t have enough mats. No offer to pay for cleaning or refund some of our money for the inconvenience.Honestly disgusted. We’d have been better off taking our chances with one of those cheap companies with mixed reviews.
