I have nothing but great experience with these brokers. Hard to get a hold of the through phone like most brokers. They are very busy so email is the best way for a quick response. Very nice people. Just have some patients. So far they gave me the best quotes. Have been with them for over 12 years. Don't judge them by a few negative comments by inexperienced clients.

Great brokers that are easy to communicate with by email and have reliably gotten me good rates over the years.

They have been great to deal with, review my file every year, ensure I'm with the right insurance company and have the right coverage. Been with them for years and the service is excellent, rates are too. They work hard to ensure you have the RIGHT coverage! Friendly!

So let’s start off with my background, I am 23 just purchased my first car a year ago, just moved out 6 months ago, This is my first time dealing with an insurance company. I really didn’t understand much of what I was dealing with, and MARNIE DELANEY was no help. My original broker was replaced over 3 months ago and I wasn’t informed at all, I received no mail or email regarding it. I only found out because I called due to my rates going up almost $100, when I called to speak to my original broker I was met with a very patronizing, entitled person who acted almost annoyed at the fact I didn’t know my broker had been replaced and who couldn’t give me a proper answer as to why my rates increased, They are supposed to help you with questions you have and to find the cheapest and best insurance, me being new to this I didn’t understand some of what she was asking, after I would embarrassingly ask her to explain it she would scoff and and almost laugh over the phone at me, when I asked if there was someone else I could speak to she told me there was not. The same day not even an hour later i started shopping around MYSELF and was met with almost every other insurance company offering deals 100 dollars cheaper or more. I am now paying $200 less a month than I was with the insurance company they set me up with. What’s the point in having a broker who is supposed to help you get the best deals if they literally aren’t even doing their job.. as someone who is new to this and is just starting out I don’t recommend this company for help. Not to mention when I try to get in contact with her I am constantly put on voicemail, she will only reply through email (if that) good luck if you have an emergency and need to speak to a broker.
