I was deeply impressed by the service rendered by Franky. He is knowledgeable, professional and extremely patient. He has helped my husband and I a few days to get a new phone and a new plan. We spent hours at the shop and I must say, Franky has gone above and beyond. It was my first customer experience with Wirelesswave and without any hesitation, I would say I got 5-star services from Franky. Franky is definitely a valuable asset to the company. He should be well treasured in your organization. Will definitely refer more customers to Franky.

Walter is the absolute superstar here. I've never went anywhere other than him. Almost 10 years I've been seeing him and I will never change, I've sent me family there, my friends there and they all come back. Over 20 people I've referred and now they have become his regular.He has impeccable knowledge, amazing customer service, and is all around one of the best sales people I've ever met.

I was lucky that Wireless had a promotion when I was looking for a new plan. I came out with a new phone and plan for the same price of my previous provider. Walter is AMAZING. The guy there (maybe in his 40s) have absolutely zero customer skills. He made me feel like I'm begging for a deal or something. I went in there and was completely ignored. I asked about phone deals (just wanted quick info) and just wanted to know if it'd be a good idea to come back tomorrow. He answered without any smiles and I could sense that he was annoyed that I came in around closing hours. The guy at the Oakridge Centre was much better at making the customer feel welcomed.

This place is terrible. I went in asking if they had any promotional plans and one of the sales person just reads me what’s available on the website from Bell since I wanted 5G and trying to switch away from Rogers.What’s the point of going to the store if you’re going to just tell me what’s on the website? He also didn’t seem interested in helping me and just looked like he didn’t want to work there. I would go elsewhere and not this retailer.
