Typically not a terrible experience but tonight was the worst. Went through drive thru and I’ll give the benefit of the doubt they were busy inside, with a line too in drive thru, but I waited atleast 15 mins in the line before getting my items. Regardless, they were completely out of white meat so I tried to get two JR crispy chickens instead, they gave me two regular crispies, aswell as the fries are so visibly undercooked. Not sure what’s been going with the staff but honestly seems like their quality over all has gone down the last few months, even when I do get the right order it’s always older product that I can tell shouldn’t have been used.

I went through the drive-through for lunch, and the young lady working was super pleasant. The food was delicious, but the girl at the drive-through with the blonde hair made my visit.!!

This location is actually a Harvey's/Swiss Chalet. Food was good and prepared quickly by friendly staff. Restaurant was clean with an overall pleasant atmosphere.

Avoid placing mobile orders at this location. Don’t make the same mistake I did.My Buffalo chicken burger was cold, and the bottom of the bun was soggy from sitting around waiting for a front end staff member to realize a mobile order had come through.My order pick up time came and went, and I only received my food after asking a staff member if they had received a mobile order.I guess my plain chicken burger had been sitting around getting cold and soggy the whole time, and the toppings were only put on after I contacted a staff member.My brother placed an order as well, which was also missed/ignored. He wasted $1 adding bacon to his Buffalo chicken wrap, and only received a few bacon bits scattered throughout the wrap. The picture on the app clearly shows two bacon strips.I would recommend, skipping this location and eating at the A&W or McDonald’s on either side of this place.

They forgot a side and gravy, and got 2 fries instead of onion rings, and gave me the whole order again when I called called went back! Great service. Thank you TAYLOR, for the exceptional service.

Was not impressed, l ordered poutine through door dash and when I opened the bag I was absolutely astonished to see there was no fork in it. otherwise the poutine was quite delicious.

Staff here are real pleasant and happy to fix any mistakes. New management is awesome change. As everyone makes mistakes nice to know they will happily fix. No one is perfect and the food is great! Thank you HARVEYS for caring about your customers ❤️ I will happily visit again.
