Juan is exceptional! He is Friendly, Kind, quick to Smile. Each visit he's conscious of speed and accuracy.There is a place one block to my house However, I will intentionally take the bus to go to the Jasper (103) store.This goes the same for the other staff equally notable, friendly and you feel welcomed.

I came into the store not knowing what I wanted, but the girl working there Mackenzie was amazing! She was very polite and friendly and made me feel comfortable. She gave me some suggestions and helped me pick out a product! Definitely going to be coming back here. Good prices and amazing employees really leave a lasting impression!

Made my first purchase as a elite member and I couldn't believe the price that I paid for what I got 7 x 0.5g pre rolls for what would have costed me $20 normally only costed me 13.82. Wicked prices.

Worst service today heavy set girl decided to decline my service because I don't look 40 and the Alberta I have is valid and I am a regular to this store. Thanks who ever you are you have made my mental illness act up largely tonight I appreciate tye respect to the elders. Especially the ones who helped you have that job you have. Pioneers that helped shape this industry get no respect but your welcome I will be sure to speak to the reginal managers like Nathan. And discuss this minor situation.

Normally, it is a good experience, but be careful purchasing anything without a price tag. I signed on for the elite account at this location to buy a small pineapple bubbler they claimed was $30, to which I found out 3 days later at the south location on 34th Ave that it actually cost $8.72.**Update**After making a 2nd attempt to inform their staff of being overcharged, the first attempt last week not really going anywhere after the girl on shift informed someone in the group standing in the back, they were able refund the overcharge. Though at first, the guy at the till made it out like it was my fault for not clarifying with the girl on shift the day I bough the bubbler, even though I had asked her 3 times to be sure. It wasn't until another girl on shift deciding to look into it, and me having a pic of the bubbler on my phone, that we discovered I was charged for a completely separate bubbler. Overall, I'm just glad it was dealt with.

Had the best experience here, I’m not one to smoke all the time; so my knowledge isn’t crazy.. but Mackenzie was so helpful, I’m trying to find things that I’d like. Her product knowledge was amazing. Would love to come in just to see her!

Usually great experience here. Placed an order for pickup and was told I’d have to buy a $30 “elite” membership to buy it. My order was $22. Took a bus 45 minutes here and walked out with nothing. Won’t be back. Employees offered no alternative to purchase the item.I don’t care enough to email you. Figure out how to treat customers well yourself.
