Would have given 0 star if I had a choice. Went for a covid19 test. Did not give any printed label for me to check the results online. When I asked for it, the nurse/pharmacist just asked me to call the clinic/pharmacy. Tried calling there 12-15 times for in two days. They did not pick up. My roommate visited the clinic after that, when asked, responded that the labs are running behind with the test results. When asked them about why they're not receiving calls, the same nurse/pharmacist said that they don't have anything to say!!? Even while being there, she ignored 4 calls in front of him. Feels like either they do not know what they are doing or they are very unprofessional. Very upsetting experience.To your reply:- It is not about the matters that are not in your hand. It is about the quality of service that you provide. At least if we have a label then we can check results online ourselves, we didn’t get that and we heard “Sorry, I’ll have to go I have lot of pending works.” I totally understand in these times you guys are definitely busy and we are thankful for all you do. But not even picking up the call even after so many calls and replying that there are too many calls to answer the same thing that’s why we don’t answer any of them. This is what we heard from one of your team members. Such unprofessional service is disappointing. Especially when we are hoping a good result from our test and we know nothing when it’s gonna come.

Very nice and kind staff.professional pharmacist and technicians.strongly recommended to all people especially Iranian,Afghan and Turkish people due to their language.

Terrible experience with my PCR test. I got the test done, and 10 days later the government website is saying my test hasn't even been submitted yet. I'm over my symptoms now but I still don't even know if I had COVID or not. Ridiculous.And when I try to call to ask what's happening, no one ever picks up the phone. Never coming back.

Amazing staff

They are selling the Tylenol infant drops for $22. Ridiculous!! Regular price is $8 so almost 3x. When i asked the lady why though? She said there is a shortage and the company wants to raise their prices! This is ILLEGAL and the prices are still the same on tylenol.ca and at all other pharmacies.Not recommended.

I mean I would understood if they were running behind with the reults, but they could have said this over the phone call. We don't have to visit the pharmacy just to hear this. Even while being there, they ignored 4 calls in front of my roommate. Very upsetting experience.To your response: I understand that the labs have a huge backlog of tests, but just to clarify, my review is about the staff and the service. First of all, the staff did not give us MRN (medical record number) and verification code on the label to access results (as I do not have a green card) and asked us to call the pharmacy for results. And second of all when we try to call, you don't receive the call. It is really unfair for us to visit the pharmacy just to check the status update of the results (considering the weather and using public transportation).
