I have always ordered online and picked up my bubble tea to go. Perfect bubble tea every time. They are open late (I love that about them), and this is a super busy outlet.

Good staff and vibe. Question to management - why do you have a tipping option on the machine when there are no waiters? People order and pick at the counter. There are no ceramic plates and metal cutlery, only plastic and take away. Why the option for tip on the machine?

Great place to relax and enjoy some nice bubble tea. I went for a Mango Tea with pearls and it was great and refreshing.Plenty of seating space around - both, inside and outside. Great interiors. The staff was nice and friendly. The washrooms were neat and well maintained.The parking lot is shared between the businesses in the plaza, so plenty of space is available.Definitely recommended.

Once they get busy they water down drinks in a rush. Would’ve rather them cancel the order than to have me come in and pick this up. Photo is a roasted milk tea, you can tell how watered down it is by how pale it is

Not the best bubble tea franchise, but not the worst either. Lots of milk and fruit tea options and most drinks are customizable. I don’t like sugary tea so I got the hazelnut milk tea with 0% sugar. Surprisingly it was still SUPER sweet. My friend got regular sugar milk tea and mine tasted as sweet as his.

I got 2 drink to go for my kids at around 10 p.m. and both of the slushies had little to no flavors in it ,it was almost pure ice . I called them and asked them for a refund or exchange some girl picked up the call and said our blender gets stuck sometime and they can't do anything unless I was in the store. I gave them an opportunity to correct it but they didn't want to fix it.

Huge franchise, can’t go wrong honestly, things are always the same so you know what you’re getting unless you get a “seasonal” drink. They change their menu for their special drinks a lot. I find that the good drinks are the original signature ones. Some of the special ones are god awful sweet or just terrible tasting. It’s interesting because they also remove a lot of the good special drinks they’ve created which is heartbreaking. But it’s a franchise, and their bubble tea is always good otherwise.

Overall great spot, great service, awesome drinks!The only gripe I have is with Chatime corporate ordering new cups and straws which don’t work well at all. The new cups are a thin plastic that shatter too easily when putting the straw in, and you can’t be careful putting the straw in because they’re paper and need to be jammed in with force. I think the safest way is to peel the lid off a little and put the straw in that way, although then you’re more susceptible to spills.All this to say, please please go back to the old cups and straws. They were much better! If the straws can’t be plastic, other places are using biodegradable straws!

I love Chatime! They have so many drinks and toppings. I always enjoy trying they’re new features. It’s a very cute atmosphere although it’s annoying when it gets busy.
