Excellent service from knowledgable ladies on my recent visits. Prices may not be the lowest around, but it was great to get answers from people who asked the right questions.No gratuitous upselling, and weren't afraid of letting me know what I didn't need, while making sure I had what I did need.

Take this as a warning: the lighting in the store is crazy, went back and forth with 2 wrong colors. One which was mixed incorrectly, but was kindly refunded. The supplies/tools are of poor quality and over priced. The tools show terrible texture on the wall. Now it's my 3rd time repainting my nursery, home depot was more knowledgeable. The staff at home depot was able to color match correctly, and provide quality tools for a cheaper cost. Benjamin Moores is a prime example that you dont always get what you pay for. Not only that, the samples here are $18. At home depot you get twice the amount for $5 along with expert advice and perfect coloring. However they do carry alot of amazing variations of wallpaper. But take my advice, skip yourself the mental anguish and go straight to home depot.

Amazing customer service. Staff is very helpful and patient. I had to go back multiple times with various questions and the knowledgable staff answered all my questions and helped me select the paint colour and it's the first time something that I picked looked exactly what I expected. The staff guided me and gave me multiple tips. KEEP IT UP GUYS :)

Place is lacking in the area of customer's service and communication skills!! Unfriendly staff. It was my last time I visited this location and perhaps will opt to purchase different brand product too!Benjamin Moore " pay attention - Customer Service IS the KING of any business ."

Unsatisfactory Customer Service and rude staff. Better to visit their other locations where they are actually willing to help customers.The lady with the british accent was especially very rude and unwelcoming.

I am a regular customer at this location and recieve nothing but great service. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable . I have been shopping there for the past 6 years and have never had a bad experience. I would highly recommend this location for all your painting needs.

Fabulous team that really knows what they’re talking about. They always go above and beyond for their customers and I seriously would never consider going elsewhere. Reading some of these lower-rated comments and ratings make zero sense, as I have never had anything but a wonderful experience at this location. Thank you for consistently providing amazing service and knowing your product. It makes my painting experience that much better!

I was very happy with the service, care and attention by Pravina of Benjamin Moore at 64 Avenue and 120 Street in Surrey. She assisted me in the selection of wallpaper, provided a selection of names to do work (Ray Bond of Solace Painting was great!), and she helped me to narrow down a paint colour which would complement the wallpaper and the rest of my house. Not an easy task! Yet, she was always patient and I felt like I had a friend when I walked through the store doors! I recommend this store and, specifically, Pravina!
