The job was not cut to specs -- margins were completely cut-off. Now to be fair, they did not argue this, nor fight us on doing a reprint, but the reprint took weeks, I had to hound them to even respond to an email. I sent at least 4 emails and called multiple times over a 2 week period and got no responses. Then, when they finally answered and asked the drop-dead date and I said tomorrow, they said it wasn't possible. They had the request for over two weeks and it was just a reprint. When I mentioned that noone has been responding to my emails, they simply said 'I know.'When the reprint arrived, it was certainly better than the original, but still not cut exactly to crop marks, or even straight. When I pointed this out, I was told I was being too picky. Completely fair. We will just use a print shop with higher standards in the future. We have used Corporate Imaging Centre in the past when they were at their previous location and had no complaints. I'm not sure if it's they have different equipment at the new location or just different attitudes and attention to detail, but the quality of both work and customer service has declined significantly.

Excellent service. Can't remember when I dealt with a firm that cared about my satisfaction as much as they did.Great work!
