I had a very bad experience with this clinic yesterday. I was overcharged than what they told. It was my second visit and I had all my wisdom tooth extracted, when I came out after my appointment they told fee increased in Feb and I was not even able to speak and sedated. My husband without knowing he paid the fee. Moreover I read the review already this clinic is overcharging so I checked with the receptionist in my first appointment itself, she said no we never do that. She called me twice to confirm the appointment that time also she didn't tell about the fee increase in Feb. When I came in she didn't tell me. When I came out sedated she charged me extra than agreed which is totally unacceptable. I respect the Dr. he is very professional and the whole procedure went well. But due to these kind of poor customer service I would not recommend this clinic, please be 200% aware when billing.

I just visit this dentist because my daughter had a filing fall off and need it to be refill . After explaining the front desk about my situation they toll to come in that they will fix it. All they did was charge 106 dollars for xrays and the dr toll us they didn't have material to fix it and that there was nothing they could do and to go see a different dentist. So basically we paid 105 dollars for nothing

I came to Clayton Heights Family Dental today for the first time for a check-up and hygiene appointment for my daughter. She suffers from medical/dental anxiety and in the past has been unable to make it through appointments. I found that the hygienist and dentist were incredibly professional and kind. She dealt with her concerns in the best way possible and joked around with her to make her feel comfortable. Ultimately she was able to fully get through the appointment. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone.

Dr Mike Peng is the best dentist ever. Dr Peng has excellent bedside manner, and is very personable and calming. He fixed cavities for both my partner and I that weren't done well by another dentist. He was very careful and generous not to belittle the other dentist and said they were difficult cavities, my opinion of them is solely based on having difficulties from both my partner and I. The staff at the front desk are also very lovely, knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend this office.

Staff are friendly. I have seen a few different dentists and hygienists since I started going here so hard to say anyone specific but all have been nice. My last hygienist has been running late for my last 2 appointments (first one in the morning) which causes my appointment to go later than expected. Not a huge issue for me but for anyone who plans to arrive to work by a specific time may want to add 30 minutes to that just to be safe.

I had the cleaning done by Sandeep and I'm very impressed with her skills. She's very polite and good at what she does. The doctor examined in the end and he seemed good too. I will highly recommend this clinic.

My thank you’s to the team. Everyone was so kind. Dr Peng was probably the most gentle dentist I have ever been to. It was my first sedation dental treatment. I was very anxious about it. Everyone was lovely. My recovery was waaayyy better than I anticipated. Great team.

I was referred by my friend who spoke highly of the dentist Dr. Michael Peng. I had been to a few clinics before I started going to this one. And this is the best clinic ever. The receptionist Yogeeta is always so friendly. The hygienist Wajma is very knowledgeable, friendly, gentle and she skipped her lunch to accommodate my time. And lastly, Dr. Peng is the best dentist I’ve seen. He did not only help me perfectly resolve my immediate dental issue but also helped me fix the chip I had on one of my front teeth. The color matched mine perfectly. Now I’m more confident to show my smile in front of others. He also speaks fluent English and Mandarin. I would recommend all my family and friends to go to this clinic.
