They really worked fast to help me set up my business and get my immigration paperwork done properly for the Startup Visa. The other incubators I considered were slow and not professional.

If your idea is not exceptional, you would have to pay the fees to start your business in Canada all by yourself. Which makes me wonder, if you have an exceptional idea, and you are already in business, why would you tell a stranger all about it. That's too risky. You would be losing your trade secret. But then, how do Empowered startups make a judgement on what they want to fund. Now, that's your call. After parting with your business detail, they can tell you 'No'. How well do you trust that your business detail remains private?
