Softchoice

just an awful place to deal with, just call them and see, no one answers phone. they made billing error once and credited my visa card then a year later asked me for the money. Expected me to cover cost of audit to see if it was true. now won't deal with me over $125.

I worked for softchoice for a year and I have never seen a company fire more people. I suffer from severe depression and some days I am really down. When I tried to explain this to the head of Human Resources the woman literally laughed in my face.They also dont follow the rules. I know of one person who was fired and they tried to pass it off as (I guess) a lay off. Now for the person fired it was good but that’s not the point. He was a senior employee in his department and they put it through as a lay off. Layoffs are suppose to be whomever has the least amount of time at the company. If you want to go to a company that cares about their employees do not go here!

I don't know...amazing training program, all the time, opportunity, and space to be creative, the newest technology, fancy office, but the call quotas are shifty and if you don't fit in with the people around you, you'll never find a team.

Worst experience getting PC after they delivered to my location. This company processed 3 different shipment for one PC .Interestingly MONITOR is missing and contacted account manager and CS many times over the phone and mail. Answer was so vague and irresponsible. Sill I'm waiting and hoping to get the missing monitor. I would't recommend this company.

Nice office.Great business space. The company works on reselling of IT products. Happy to engage with diverse and inclusive staff sharing about the selling solutions . The playbook structure to evaluate / qualify for buyers depends on a lot of factors. Accounts that can’t be managed must have a different strategy. I worked here for a few years, long time ago. It used to be a great company until they sold it to Birch Hill Equity Partners. As any other investor, Birch Hill uses the strategy of pump and dump". First they fired all the old executives and brought in their own "yes" men. Then they cut every single perk we had

Absolute garbage. I'm allowed to say w.e I want on the internet. Went for a interview 2 years ago... Long story short they asked me some trivial riddles about some son , father and grandfather... Idk what that has to do with my IT background.... Atm sitting in a nice office making much more than they offered.
