On March 25th. 2021, I approved a quote from Jack (the owner) for services he said he could do in June 2021. When June came around, he explained that he could not get to the work until July, and would not be able to do an additional job we had asked about due to shortage of stock. With Covid we have been very patient as we are aware that there are delays on most things (stock/weather area all factors). I reached out a few times for updates and heard nothing back. I finally called at the end of July and asked for a return call and confirmation of services. I was a bit agitated on the phone because I was not receiving a response. Jack finally called me back a week later and asked me to remind him what property I was calling about. I explained it in lengthy detail and he casually said Oh yeah

Very good workmanship

I just met a employee, I think he was the Boss at Home Depot. He spent 15 minutes helping me with my eavestrough problem, answering all my questions. FOR FREE! I was able to get my work done but if I needed a Pro there is only one place to call. Thank You for all your good advice.

Terrible customer service called over a week ago and no call back. Their loss spent my money with another company as did 3 of my neighbours!!!

Had soffit and gutters installed on our sunroom. Very easy company to deal with. Workmanship is excellent. Highly recommended.

Called twice, was told both times someone would call me back.No one ever did, still waiting on a call back...
