They book appointments for their services and then make excuses for their personal reasons and leave you and your kid with special needs frustrated. they don’t show up with short notices.

Very disappointed in Lakeridge, when we began services, I was Completely happy with services and results for my daughter . My daughter no longer trusts them and feels betrayed by them.Be very cautious as to what you say as it will be held against you. They will get you to feel comfortable and make you feel safe. And then use your words against you. My daughter will not be returning to Lakeridge community supports.

After 3 years of Services, VERY DISAPPOINTED!! Big waste of time and resources. Staff is young, inexperienced and there is a high turnover, however they tried to educate themselves and consult experts as the process was happening, at our expense. I wish we never went there, my daughter learned nothing in 3 years.

Great place to work. I took a contract position to help with marketing and I was blown away by the culture here. The genuine empathy for the families staff care for and the professionalism is unparalleled. Very proud of this organization!
