Mike from furniture medic resurrected our leather loveseat and sofa. They look brand new and are comfortable to sit in once again! He was very professional and offered helpful tips on how to care for the furniture better. The job was finished within a week and it was all done in my home! Exceptional service at a very fair price. The technician was very prompt and courteous and professional. Very happy with the work done and for the lower end of the quoted price. I contacted Igor at Furniture Medic after reading the rave reviews on-line about work done by this company. I was absolutely thrilled with the attention & service provided by both Igor and Mike, his technician. We have had our cherry dining room table for over 30 years. It was of utmost importance to us that it be fixed properly. Furniture Medic found a part that was ideal and our table is now back in perfect condition. They take enormous pride in their work and we found their pricing more than fair. I would highly recommend them and would not hesitate to call them again for any job. It is gratifying to know that in this day and age, there are people in business who care for your furniture as if it were their own!

My name is Darren and I am a retired soldier who suffers from back injuries. My 4 year old leather reclining couch cushions had become flattened and one of the reclining levers had broken. I went online and went through the list of companies listed under furniture repair and after talking to a few I was disheartened…..I was basically told I would have to have the couch removed for an extended period while repairs were being done….so I simply thought I would purchase a new one. I stumbled upon Furniture Medic and read the Google reviews and was very impressed but a bit skeptical given what other companies I talked to said. 15 mins of talking to Igor and he told me they could do the work in my home in a couple hours AND in his words “it will be much more comfortable than before”……a pretty big promise……which they kept. One of the techs, Mike stopped by….did a detailed assessment, told me what needed to be done, how much it would cost (much less than other quotes) and the only hiccup would be that they had to special order the foam for the couch as it was a unique size. When Mike got the foam it took him 2 hours to do all the repairs, on site, and that’s when I found out something Mike had not mentioned in the estimate. The reason he special ordered the foam was he wanted a specific type when he heard about my back injury and he realized that by lifting the cushion higher it would provide more support. I did not ask for this….I had no idea he was doing this for me, he did this on his own…..and I am blown away. The couch is much more comfortable and the extra cushion size provides incredible support. I have gone out of my way to recommend Mike/Igor to everyone as I believe that the extra effort speaks volumes about the character and the work effort of Furniture Medic.

We just had the cushion on our Pallister sectional repaired , it was sagging badly. This company responded to our request very quickly , did the work quickly and exceptionally well, and when the repair was more complex than anticipated , let us know ahead of time to expect that extra charge . the sofa looks like new again , and I was really impressed with the professionalism of this company .

I would have to say that Igor, who was the initial contact to have our leather couch repaired (discoloration on the leather cushions, a rip between one of the cushions where stitching let loose and to have some added stuffing placed in the seat cushions) was fantastic. His quote was accurate and his repair team, Mike and Pavlo, were amazing. They repaired all the issues we had with the couch and it looks like new. They saved us a lot of money by us not having to replace the sofa set. I would highly recommend Furniture Medic if your furniture needs some repairs. I'd like to thank all 3 of them for helping us out. No one would ever know that repairs were done to our couch!!!!

This guy was pretty rude to me, and it says they fix scratches and rips…. I showed him my sofa, he said we can’t fix it… with. I explanation why, I didn’t know what to say and hung up. He was very rude on the phone. don’t advertise you fix scratches on leather or rips when you can’t obviously

A few days ago, we noticed that some of the stitching had come loose on our favorite leather recliner.Rather than wait for it to get worse, we contacted Furniture Medic, who agreed to send someone out to do an on-site repair. (Thank goodness we did not have to bring it in for repair, as the chair is quite bulky!)The result: our chair looks like new again, and for a very reasonable price!Thank you, Furniture Medic!
