When we came, we waited a long period of time and a lot of empty tables and people waiting. We were surprised by the behavior of the branch manager ( khawan ), and he started saying that you have to wait for a long time, and I can expel any customer I want ( with dirty words ). Is this policy of Juliette & Chocolat?You have to think mpre before visit it

We came in as a group of 4 on a tuesday night an hour before closing. There were no tables available but the server told us he’d let us know if one becomes available while we wait for the takeout counter instead.When a table became available, we asked the server if we could be seated where the group just had left. He looked at us with exasperation and told us he would have to clean it and it would take a while. There was literally a few glasses and a water pitcher.We got seated and ordered our desserts nonetheless. At this point, we were in the restaurant for almost half an hour and the people at the take out counter hadn’t even left with their orders yet.We asked for water refills and never got them. The staff seemed more interested in doing closing tasks than serving us.

Waited 20 minutes at the front door on a slow day, plenty of tables available yet the staff, who clearly saw us, never came up to even say hello. I had to walk across the restaurant and ask if they were too busy today for a small group.During our stay, another client walked across the restaurant also complaining about the waiting time.The young girls that served us were nice and polite- but the management needs much improvement.

The food is always amazing at this place. This Branch struggles with service and not for lack of trying they are friendly, but need more support and training. They do their best, but are not to the level of the franchise.The atmosphere is cold inside need some warmth.

Very bad service, very cheap utensils (wooden), you go to the casher to place the order! you go serve the water yourself! had to check 5 water glasses to find a clean one, desserts are just ok. All that for the same high prices of a good quality restos. Do something if you respect your clients and your workers, otherwise just seeking short term profits!

We had a good experience in this store but food quality was below average. A bit overpriced when compared to the portions or quality of food served. Could work if you wanna treat your kids with a quick snack. Not sure why they have a lot of one stars bad reviews but it wasn’t that bad.

This is a self-serve location. The staff are kind and nice but the self-serve is a massive turn off.The brownies and desserts are excellent.I understand there is a staffing issue as I saw it plastered on the wall, but I feel this place suffers from the self-serve option.I sincerely appreciate the gluten free options here.A tip for the owner, perhaps revisit the self-serve option. You have a quality location in Laval for a juliette. The staff you hired are good and decent people.However, your bathrooms and the place isn't clean and is dirty.Even though your desserts are great, the uncleanliness and lack of service doesn't inspire a comeback to your location.I can't take someone there because it will reflect poorly on me due to uncleanliness.This is why the place gets 2 stars.
