Haven't been to Brewster's in over a year. Figured we'd try again but a different location since the last one put us off. I've been going to Brewsters for over 10+yrs so I'm not ready to give up just yet. lolTONIGHT we were greeted in a timely matter. Clean table, clean menus and sat ourselves far away from others. Server was prompt with my Caesar to start. Then my raspberry ale, house beer. Tasted the way I remember and was flavorful. Food took a little longer than we would have liked but it came out piping hot. French Onion soup was hot with lots of melted cheese and garlic toast. Garlic Parm chicken fingers were good but could have made them at home. When I say that, I just mean Brewster's doesn't make their own breading. So decent but not a reason to make a point to come back just for them. Next time I'm getting the legendary wings and pretzel. All and all good service and meal.

You go CelineOh my goodness gracious!! I have been Reborn and refound my love of chicken wings! Masterful!! Perfection…I go on other days than Tuesday and Thursday now!! You get veggies and dip and a napkin!! It’s so classy…The bartender Celine just made me feel like I was in a warm welcoming placeThank you so much Celine :)Ordered two orders…Couldn’t finish!

This place has really gone down hill, service was very poor and the food was okay but took forever. Either they need to hire better staff or they need to change management. (I think they did it used to be two girls and a guy now I see 2 guys and a girl) if your service is that poor and your losing customers I couldn’t imagine how staff are treated.

I would agree with some of the more recent reviews. The service has gone down hill. My wife and I were just there, and walked past two waitresses on the way to a table. Sat there for 20 minutes without so much as a hello or even waters. We left shortly thereafter.

The restaurant was nice.. service was poor and food as well very much bland good for people that can’t have spicy or any type of seasoning… not very clean but still a okay experience for a night out I’d say, if you don’t have portion go here for sure

I always come here with my family . Tonight we had the worst server ever ! She came to our table and asked the first people that got there if they are having wings , if they are they need to get a drink. They ordered a couple things . We joined the rest of the party at 8:05PM and the waitress never came back to check on the table or take our drink/food order. Eventually my husband got tired of waiting and went to the bar to order our drinks where he got served immediately. He was back with our drinks within 5 mins. she came to take the rest of our order ( around 8:30 ) . Finally when the food came out ( 8:47 ) we still didn’t have any utensils or napkins so we had to ask a different server. The original server finally asked how we were doing at ( 8:50 ). We rarely seen our server the whole time we were there but it didn’t seem like she had a problem with serving all her other tables and standing where the screen is to put in orders. We even had to go back to the bar to order our dessert. The whole night my husband never even seen what our server looked like since he had to go get stuff ordered from the bar. Very disappointed as we were out for me and my husbands birthday . If it wasn’t for that we would’ve walked away and went to some place that would appreciate our business . The server needs some more training for customer service. She looked annoyed whenever she did actually show up to our table .UPDATED REVIEW : Thanks to Jeff the manager for reaching out to me and inviting us back for a better experience ! We came back and the service we got ( not from the server we got last time ) was GREAT !!
