Not liking the New Montanas erra, No more crayons on tables, no more pail for rib bones, lack of service and Dry tasting ribs. Prices go up quality goes down. Very disappointing for sure.

Warm and friendly staff. Didn't mind taking a moment to engage in pleasantries. Helpful with the menu.This location is inside a hotel with a water fountain river under a walk way. Place is clean. Not expensive decor, but well found in good condition.Food was good. I can't say best wings and salad I have ever had, but I wouldn't mind having it again either. I would come back.

Montana's is deep inside the hotel so just keep walking towards the pool. There is no signage so just keep walking. Lots of staff and they were friendly, unfortunately we got a waitress that disappeared after our drink and app order. Did not come back to take our dinner order until after we finished all of the app. And she was not busy only 1 other table, just disappeared. So we sat the for 30 minutes after finishing our apps before our meal arrived. Instead of a quick dinner it was 90 minutes of a Saturday night that I won't get back. Food was OK, we asked for the sauce on the side on the ribs for my daughter and asked to sub a salad for the fries but we got fries and salad.

I think that we just had the best service we’ve ever had. If you go to this location make sure you ask for Jenna. She was attentive, prompt, polite, efficient and engaged. There’s a lot of good places to eat in the Edmonton area but there are only a few that has service this good. If you’re in Edmonton, go to this location… it’s worth the drive. Thank you Jenna

My family came here after working the Black Gold Rodeo. It wasn't very busy, which was nice.We ordered fajitas, ribs, wings, and a couple of burgers.The food was great. No complaints from anybody. The service was a bit slow, but friendly. Expensive - but that's ribs for you.But - for a place that gives you paper on the table to write on - how can you be out of crayons for the kids?! Come on.

Terrible service. Place wasn’t even busy. After being seated we waited over 20 minutes and didn’t even have a server come to us and offer us a water or take our drink order. We ran out of patience and walked across the street to the Eclipse restaurant and as we were seated the server took our drink order right away. Less than a minute later he returned with our drinks and took our food order. I won’t ever bother walking into a Montana’s again.

Service was wonderful. But food was meh. The loaded baked potato was about as tasty as dishwater and the beef rib was not 'slow' cooked long enough to breakdown the meat. Seriously disappointed.

We seated right away, but we waited for about 45 mins for a waitress to even acknowledge us!!!! After we finished eating it took forever for the waitress to come to our table. All the dirty dishes were left on the table, they were never taken off to give us more space.We found out later they were short staffed, and she was a newer waitress, given a big section (which should not have happened). Our waitress was really sweet. Being a waitress myself I offered some advice which she gratefully took.I initially gave this place 2 stars, but after talking to the waitress and finding out the situation, I realized that what happened wasn’t the waitress’ fault so I upped my rating.
