Heritage Dental Centre

Everyone at this dental office is amazing! Great dentists, gentle hygienists, friendly office staff. My family has been going to this dental office for 2 years and we are very pleased. I highly recommend Heritage Dental Centre to everyone I know. I hope to be seeing our dentist, Dr. Diana Germain, and her staff for many years to come.

I have been coming to Heritage dental since 2007 when I first moved in Mission. Hands down they are by far the best Dentist I’ve ever been to. They really care, are really good at what they do, they all have great personalities, and the staff and hygienist are just superb. Gods honest truth, the best. Friendly, attentive, professional & caring. I e had all my metal replaced with porcelain, I’ve had Invisalign’s, an infected root canal fixed (from mistake of previous dentist) and a couple crowns & have been 100% satisfied with the process & results. You can be assured that you & your family are in very good hands with this group of caring professionals. Recently I’ve had the pleasure of getting a crown done by Dr. Ethan & he is fantastic! He’s such a great addition!! Love this team of Doctors!

I always feared the dentist until I started going here. Both Dr. D and J Germain are amazing, both friendly, gentle and so professional. And my kids have never been frightened of dental work because of these two! My father always refused to go to the dentist until he started going here and now he actually like his visits! All the staff are so wonderful & friendly as well. Going to the dentist will be a whole new experience for you here! I highly recommend.

Wonderful service and friendly staff. I've been going here for years seeing Joe Germain. The hygienists are very thorough and personable. Diane Germain provides excellent orthodontic services as well. The building is very bright, clean and cheerful. I highly recommend this dental center.

I've been seeing Dr. Joe Germain for about a year. I've had extensive dental work done and I've been extremely pleased. The Implants and bridges I've had done are perfect. Dr. Joe is always very thoughtful and even apologizes while administering freezing. The staff work flawlessly together, it often seems like the assistant Alex, seems to knows what Dr. Joe will need next without him even asking for it. Everything was explained perfectly to me regarding the dental work and the cost. The front office staff keep everything perfectly coordinated. After reaching the office I have never waited more than 5 minutes before being seen. Absolutely 5 stars.

Very pleased with the quality of work I had done at this clinic. I have a big smile so was wanting to have my new crowns look exactly like my old teeth which had veneers for many years. I couldn’t be happier with the results. The colour & shape is perfect. Dr Germain is a perfectionist & his staff are very competent & professional. I would highly recommend this dentist for cosmetic work.

Great staff and great place always welcoming. The team at Heritage Dental were willing and able to help me get a dental appointment for my daughter when the current one wouldn’t work. They took the dates that were flexible for her and within a couple weeks we were able to get the job done. Heritage Dental is hands down the best place in Mission for any dental work. All of the staff there are amazing, caring, and efficient. I have been seeing Dr. Ethan Wiens, and he has helped me with all my work needed. He took the time to walk me through the procedures needed and calmed my nerves (and I don't usually like going to the dentist!). Highly recommend 10/10!

I have been a patient of Joe and Diana for over 22 years. The staff in unbelievably accommodating and utmost professional. I also have two daughters and they have been seen by Joe and Diana ever since they needed dental service. They have a wonderful “ kids friendly “ approach. Joe has also filled forms related to VAC ( Veterans Affairs Canada) regarding injuries I have sustained while serving. The whole process was done in a very timely matter, including assessment and full report sent. I definitely recommend anyone to get the smile they deserve from their practice.Bravo!!
