Super happy with the service and installation of my new luxury vinyl plank flooring. Took about 3 weeks from start (my first visit to their store) to the installation. Sales rep and team were very helpful as we had to creatively problem solve for my old house's tricky stairs, but he came up with a great solution. Installers were extremely polite, fast, and again helpful, as we worked to figure out the transition to the stairs. Pricing was competitive with others (if not better), and these guys made sure to help get the best results! This was my 3rd time using Ferra Flooring (carpet and vinyl elsewhere), and I will likely use them again!

Wonderful experience with the staff especially Bruce over the last year as we embarked on our flooring reno.We started out small but the project expanded to include all rooms in the house the guys really helped us by ordering the flooring as needed.As we were nearing completion they gave us a heads up that the flooring we were using was beening discontinued so we had to quickly order extra to complete the project Without that info we would have had a huge problem .Great customer service.Would strongly recommend this store for your flooring needs.
