Food seems not fresh and it took nearly 10 mins for staff to take our order despite us being the first in line. Staff very unprofessional and careless. They chatted and looked at us but never came forward to ask what food we wanted.

A little complicated to get into the drive thru as it's right next to the entrance for the tim hortons drive thru. But the food was very good. A&W onion rings are the most inconsistent across different locations, but these ones were extremely flavorful and hot. Great pitstop on the way to the zoo.

I wasn't pleased with the service given as my husband ordered burgers, fries, desserts and chicken strips but didn't get the chicken strips in our order box which was sad cause we went to visit the granby zoo so on our way we stop to get things to eat with our little ones and they didn't get they chicken strips. I mean how can they miss putting what you order for. Just terrible! I hope this dnt happens to others.

Great burger, fresh ingredients. Nice thing about this restaurant is a sink for children to wash their hands. My son went like five time, he liked it so much, especially with the extremely foamy soap.

You get what you pay for. The burger and fries were good, basically the quality you would expect from a fast food joint. Getting a drink in a big A&W cold mug was very refreshing. The inside was very clean and service was friendly too.
