The absolute worst place to rent. Management NEVER fixes repairs. I have a service ticket opened for a leaking toilet since 2021, still not fixed or responded to. Cockroaches everywhere, I lived here for 3 yrs not once has the building been sprayed. You pay for parking and people take your parking spot. Management is useless in address any issues. There is NO way to heat your apartment in the winter months just a few VERY old baseboard heaters that eat the hydro and its still cold. Hydro is over $600 a month in the winter. They have a place you can escalate your concerns that is worst then the management in the offices. The pool they have in the summer is never maintained, it’s disgusting AVOID this place

DO NOT RENT HERE 0 stars they are the worst. The windows don't fit they rattle all the time windows and bathroom so moldy. The heaters don't work it is so cold and the office staff are racist and never pick up the phone and when you do get someone they are so rude. I have never been treated so poorly.

High turnover of staff. Multiple work orders that haven't been resolved in 1.5 years. Tub glazing off, work order still not dealt with. Mat placed over area without glazing. Never seen a window washer or grass watered in 11 years. Snow never cleared in front of unit doors on ground level units in the winter. Rats live in retaining walls and make their way to ground floor backyards. Excessive dust in underground parking - must pay for rinsing everywhere day. No parking enforcement - unauthorized people WILL park in your spot and management will NOT deal with it but they will expect their monthly fees. Units don't look like online photo gallery. Good luck getting new appliances. I just got a cheap washer after 11 + years. Rent will go up every year and LTB always approves above guidelines. If someone hits or damages your vehicle, good luck getting the cctv footage from on-site management. I've had my vehicles hit 3 times already. My neighbor outside also had her vehicle hit. No footage provided to her. Police attend all the time. Expect to see them parked in fire route regularly. If you need something done, the only person who cares is the regional manager Shalini. She is great but on-site management will only give you empty promises or excuses. Superintendants are nice but work at another location. We had two persons that were removed without notice so be prepared to wait for repairs. I could go on but I think you get the point. Its unfortunate. I think the units are now renting for 2000+ a month. Wow! Good luck with that. I would love my unit to have fresh paint, tiles in kitchen, new kitchen cupboards, hardwood that doesn't lift in summer, lamenent flooring that doesn't lift, clean garage that doesn't flood every year because the drains plug up, be able to through garbage out without rats running around with full bins bc the community puts their garage in our bins, or the regular dumpster diver looking for stuff to collect and sell. Oh did I mention no AC and the heat is base boards. Brampton hydro told me the average bill here is 600 month so they directed me to turn heat off at the fuse box or expect a huge bill. We freeze every year. We turn heat on for a an hour, then turn it off. We do use a floor heater but the high ceilings make it hard to keep the heat in. I don't think the walls are insulated. The only thing that is good here are the size of the units.

Staff doesnt give a f about you. Lazy & they never answer emails or phone! Takes forever to fix anything. There is mold growing on the walls and windows because of the poor insulation & your clothes in your closet will Mildew & MOLD! They dont maintain the property only when they are trying to get a rent increase! Expensive to live here & for what????
