quoted $30 for parts to fix a shower tub and charged $91, While fixing the tub he broke the spout and told me he didn't carry them and would charge $100 to go and get a replacement! plus the cost of the part!!! If I could give less than one star I would, Don't call me and I wont call you!

I've had the guys from Seymour plumbing and heating maintaining the house and small acreage in Lumby for over 10 years. Everything from replacing faucets, hot water tank, dishwasher install, fire hydrant,pressure tank, etc.. Fast and honest work every time and honest pricing. Thank you, there is a reason you've been in business for over 100 years and it's called GREAT SERVICE!!

Really disappointed. Had a water heater installed which had problems with a fume sensor from the start. Now apparently they don't supply that product (Rheem) and are unable to look at our heater this week. I understand that all trades are busy but it seems ridiculous that they will not support a previous customer. Beyond words on this one

Been dealing with them for over 20 years. Friendly, professional and prompt. From new installs to repairs I’m never disappointed. My hot water tank broke down at 9pm last night. Called at 8:10 am, by noon the new tank was installed and hot water by 1pm. Thanks
