Went here yesterday, searching for a place to help us out with a broken sewage pipe. They were fully booked that day, but still made time and effort to help us out, so we could enjoy the rest of our holiday.Very friendly and helpful people, would absolutely recommend!

My wife and I had a Cabinet door break over a year ago on our 2022 Grand Design Reflection and have been waiting for a replacement under warranty. I have spoken with service about it several times and was told it was sent out, and now they just have no clue where it is or what I'm talking about. We purchased an extended warranty and are now regretting that as the service department is not dependable.

Just bought a brand new trailer for my uncles. The sales team were amazing. They took care of us for all the inquiries. Our salesman Grayson has been professional and sweet ! Thanks to him. Overall great experience.

We took our motorhome here for a water repair. Anybody who owns a RV knows that this could be a very costly fix. The staff were super friendly and super honest. I was expecting a huge repair bill but when Mary told me the amount, I was blown away. It was beyond reasonable. I am super impressed by the honesty of the work done and workmanship. Came up to the trailer and the Heater didn't come Service Came up the same day and fired the heater and showed me the issue. It stayed on for 4 days and gave up again.Since service schowed me to start it again until we get a new sail switch. Thank you See you shortly for a new switch . Wolfgang

I am so satisfied with the service I received from Arbutus RV Parksville! My first interaction was withShawn in sales who was so kind and explained everything involved in consigning my unit. He answered all my questions and made it a less scary process! Once the unit (2015 Grand Design Solitude) got to the yard at Arbutus, Larry from financing was also so helpful after a huge mix up with the bank (nothing to do with Arbutus) happened and he was so calming and helpful in getting the situation resolved. They explained the repairs that needed to be done on my unit, got them taken care of and their were no surprises. My unit is sold and I hope the owners will be as happy in it as we were for 5 1/2 years.

Arbutus dealership was easy going and great group of people. All so helpful. Shout out to Peter for a great helping hand and for going above and beyond to help me purchase a vehicle on an awkward time crunch in vacation mode.
