Walmart Supercentre

Why is there such a difference between Walmart locations? I shop with my son at the Woodstock ON superstore and I really like the selection, the full shelves, and layout. I went to the Burlington store on Fairview today. What a big disappointment. Shelves were empty, odd layout, took me forever to find the bread. Produce was terrible. Basically what a dump! Will not shop there again.

I talked to Kelsey the assistant customer manager but she gave me false information about returning a product.I either lost my receipt of a 200$ product I bought from this store or forgot to get from the self checkout. She told me even if the store is able to pull up the receipt in 2-3 business days, the duplicate receipt will say not eligible for return. I asked her if I can have someone else to confirm the policy or on the website if she could show me. But eventually another employee confirmed, and from Walmart’s own policy it was obvious she was just frustrated. I think she can treat people with more respect and provide assistance to someone who is in need. But unfortunately, the title did not match with her behaviour and act.

Sold me $350 of fraudulent Vanilla Prepaid gift cards. Aren't taking ownership and neither is Vanilla. Clearly can't shop here with any confidence at all. The cards have 8 numbers on them and are unusable. Support is no help at all. I bought TWO different ones so clearly I'm not the only one. Take ownership, Walmart. Incredibly disappointing - this is outright fraud. If you sell fraudulent material, you are complicit.

Last night at 10 pm I stopped into the Fairview location where there were three employees on the phones plan as day looking very bored. I asked you guys on break....they looked at me and looked at each other and did not say a word or flinch to move and try to look busy. My little one asked mom why did u ask that. tried to explain another employee heard me and said they were on a 15. I feel if that was the case they would have said that. This store has gone too great omg why are all these employees in my way? The store has changed there are maybe a dozen great employees and the rest wouldn't put water on you if on fire. This group works very hard at looking like there doing nothing. They speak other languages that are not English. What happened to people wanting to work and great customer service. I guess it's a thing if the past. That store just had a makeover you can't tell now. Walmart head office check up on yours stores

Great clearance sections but not the most organized or stocked. At least I don’t leave broke! ! ! !

Never enough floor staff to find to ask for assistance, however once you find one they are generally pretty pleasant and eager to help.I personally find the store to be weirdly organized.The grounds are disgusting with trash and cigarette butts. They really need to get the staff on an outside spring clean up. They aren't being good neighbours by allowing their grounds to look like a dump.

No buggies. Had to search a buggy outside … employees didn’t care about the buggy situation. So I did manage to find one in the parking lot. Than notice it’s badly damaged & not safe at all! My toddler nearly injured himself on the sharp exposed metal! I’ll never go to this location again!

Complete nit wits working the pharmacy. Called to tell me my insurance had never heard of me. Even though I have been with them for years. When I reminded her I had used them to pay for many of my she said I quote I know right?!" And did not offer a solution. 3 days later they've tried billing my insurance 3k (my medicine is $300). I have not received any phone call and have not received my medicine. When my husband called to talk to a manager they left him on hold for 15 mins and hung up. Tonight he finally got ahold of someone who denied billing our insurance 3k even though we had the proof it was still processing. No meds still and the manager on the phone repeatedly lied and backtracked. This is now an open insurance fraud investigation."

Most of the employees are nice.But there are some that just want to stand some place and do nothingYesterday I asked help from one guy.The way her replied me was clearly showing he dose not want to help.He told give me a minute and he just leftI was watching him. I wait almost 10 minutes but he really went out!!

I placed an order online for a 40-inch tall, floor fan that said it would be ready to be picked up for Wed. June 14th.I tracked it on the app, and it was sitting in the building for four hours, not ready for pick up.Says that it arrived at 12:02 pm.I went there after work, which was after 4 on Wed. June 14th, and talked to the nice gentleman at the customer service desk.I explained to him my issue and told him I would not be back in Burlington as I am now on vacation for three weeks.He quickly called the department, and they had my fan out within 5 mins.
