Super good to deal with from my experience. Very friendly. I was let know the status of my vehicle throughout my insurance claim, they kept in contact to let me know what was happening. Car was nicely detailed when I went to retrieve the vehicle and was satisfied with the repairs.

Great experience friendly staff and they even went through my car with me to make sure i was satisfied had my car in and out the shop very quickly would definitely go back but hope i dont need to thats up to the mice tho

Worst experience ever!!! This arrogantly managed business shouldn't be held up by MPIC as a credible place to bring anything for repair. They claim to have a pretty unreasonable wait time of 4-5 weeks as it states on the MPIC vendors list. In reality they expect no backlash when it takes 3 months or better to perform the necessary repairs. I gave up waiting and ordered Autopac to tow my vehicle elsewhere. I would strongly recommend you save yourself the grief of having any dealings with this organization.

Called shop to see if they could help me out with my gf's MPI claim but they couldn't fit her in due to them being backed up. The owner still went out of his way to help her out and find another shop even though he's busy. Appreciate his efforts and genuine want to help, a rare quality these days.Thank you!

Horrible experience. My Trailer was there for MPI approved mouse cleaning and they had the unit for over six weeks and never even started cleaning it. I finally had it towed to another provider to get serviced. I do not recommend this place!
